I love the Blackmores brand, so I bought this with confidence. Unfortunately, I experienced side effects and had to stop taking it after just a few doses. I developed severe constipation, which improved once I discontinued use. I love how easy these pills are to swallow due to their small size. The amber glass bottle is great for storage too. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. I can't think of any drawbacks.

First off, as you can see from the pill photo, it's clear - like fresh fish oil, if you will. Surprisingly, there's no fishy smell at all. The pills aren't too big either. There are no downsides. The dosage instructions are easy to follow, and amazingly, there's absolutely no fishy odor. One important tip though! I strongly recommend taking it after meals. This is my favorite omega product! The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Unlike other omega capsules, there's no fishy aftertaste when you take them with water. They're so convenient and odorless that I highly recommend them for omega beginners! I love the small size and lack of odor. It's a trustworthy brand. The downside is that the exact EPA/DHA dosage isn't specified.
