  Even with sensitive skin, I used this without any blemishes It has a high level of hydration, so it would be great to use when your skin feels dry and itchy in winter

This emulsion contains 10% dexpanthenol, the same ingredient found in Bepanthen, which has been incredibly effective for my itching. I've been using it not just on my face, but also as a body emulsion after showering. It's especially great for areas that easily dry out like my back, legs, arms, and hands.   This product is a lifesaver when skin irritation and extreme itching from dryness strike! After my child received a sample from The Hwahae Testers, they suddenly developed severe skin rashes or hives all over their body. It was quite alarming! My child already has mild eczema and psoriasis, making them particularly prone to itching during seasonal changes, but this time it was exceptionally bad. When even soothing gels couldn't calm the skin, I applied this emulsion generously after a shower. Amazingly, within a couple of hours, the redness and swelling significantly subsided, and my child reported less itching. We followed up with some ointment to further reduce the symptoms. Now, I'm applying this product liberally after every bath to prevent any flare-ups. The next day, my child's cheeks still feel moisturized and soft to the touch.
