  With 10% panthenol content, I've been consistently applying it to my child's dry, rough legs, and I'm noticing gradual improvement. It seems to have a soothing effect.   I found this low-irritation product excellent for hydration, with various benefits like soothing the skin, maintaining oil and moisture balance, and forming a protective moisture barrier. It's versatile enough to use from my child's face to body, and even comfortable on my own face. Being an emulsion, it absorbs well and has a great texture. The tube packaging is convenient for quick application on kids. It's not sticky at all. I highly recommend it for its high concentration of panthenol, which is also found in Bepanthen, but with much better absorption!

  There weren't many downsides to speak of. I've tried several baby emulsions, and I recommend this one. However, for children with extremely dry skin, I'd suggest using a cream or adding some oil. After all, it is an emulsion.

  Tip

  I use this from my baby's face to the entire body. When there's slight redness or skin irritation, I apply an extra layer, and by the next day, it's calmed down! The soothing ingredients seem to be effective. From the reviews, it looks like adults with sensitive skin are using it too. I've used it myself in a pinch, and it worked fine!

  The after-feel? It's more like a coating on the skin rather than being absorbed well. It feels like it's sitting on top of the skin. While it's fine on most areas, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling on the hands, making you want to wash them again. There's a bit of a residue, kind of like how your hands feel after touching clay. It's not as moisturizing as I expected. The container looks big, but the amount is average. Compared to the Pyunkang Yul 290ml, the packaging seems similar, but this product only contains 180ml.
