Frequently washing my hands caused my skin to become dry, develop rashes, and become itchy and irritated. I was really satisfied that it contains 10% panthenol! As the weather suddenly turned cold and I was exposed to a lot of wind, the area around my mouth became extremely dry and irritated. But when I applied it generously at night and went to sleep, the redness was significantly reduced the next day.
