This toner has a light, watery texture that feels refreshing even after multiple layers. I love using thin toners in spray bottles, and this one mists beautifully when sprayed. The ingredients are great, and it's fragrance-free, giving a gentle, non-irritating feel. While it doesn't have any special features, it's excellent for boosting hydration! I have combination dehydrated skin with large pores in the T-zone and butterfly zone, and I'm quite sensitive. This toner was incredibly hydrating. Despite being a water-based toner, it felt deeply moisturizing when patted onto the skin. Given its generous volume compared to how it feels, I didn't mind using it for the 7-skin method. While I prefer to use cotton pads for toner application, it was important that this one layered well. Indeed, it did layer nicely, and with each application, I could feel it addressing my deep dryness. At first, it seemed to absorb slowly, but as I continued applying, my skin felt as hydrated as if I'd used an ampoule, making it easier for my skin to drink in the moisture. I might be cautious of products labeled 'balancing' in the future. I have a lot of milia on my face, so I used this product because it contains Job's tears extract. It seems to help prevent them from increasing. The hydration is quite good too. It's great for use as a toner pad and works well as a toner pack too. You can really feel the hydration boost it provides.
