Hmm... while the color is nice, if I had to point out a drawback, it would be that it fades easily and requires some lip prep. It can be a bit tricky to apply if you have any dead skin cells on your lips.

This is definitely a cool-toned lip color, perfect for those with cool undertones. It has an overall lightweight and velvety feel. The shade is a cool lavender-tinged pink that brightens up your complexion while really bringing out those cool undertones. The formula lives up to its name with a soft-focus, blurred effect finish. It's not a dry matte, but rather melts into your lips smoothly, which is really lovely. Applying it just to the inner part of your lips for a gradient effect looks natural and beautiful too.

To alleviate the dryness, I've been applying lip balm and then layering something on top of it.

I usually like to apply lip balm regularly, but since it's matte, when I apply it alone, lip wrinkles appear and it peels off, so I have to apply lip balm first and then apply it.
However, when I apply it over the lip balm, it wears off quickly.

I applied Fuchsia Vibe over the Cooling Up base. I was surprised at how well the product adhered without any stickiness, giving a true velvet feel. I originally had Cooling Up but lost it, so I took this opportunity to buy two shades. I layered a lip oil on top, but it looks beautiful even without it! Strongly recommend for cool-toned skin that takes vibrant colors well.

Try using this as a base and then apply a tinted lip balm on top. It looks absolutely stunning!

If you use the Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint in Petal Tassel as a point color and apply this as a base, it looks absolutely stunning and gorgeous!

Given its formula, it sticks to the lips incredibly well, but that doesn't mean it's easy to remove. It's a bit strange to say, but while it adheres amazingly, it seems to leave quite a bit behind on my lips.

I fell in love at first sight with this color and immediately ordered it from Olive Young. Who could resist buying after seeing this shade? Haha!
