I love how the formula adheres perfectly to the lips, giving great staying power.
ConsUnfortunately, it leaves a slightly purple-tinted stain and tends to clump. Despite being a matte lip product, it still experiences some "yogurt lips" effect.

I was surprised at how well the product adhered without any stickiness, giving a true velvet feel. I originally had Cooling Up but lost it, so I took this opportunity to buy two shades. I layered a lip oil on top, but it looks beautiful even without it! Strongly recommend for cool-toned skin that takes vibrant colors well.
ConsIt's quite matte, so it can be a bit challenging when your lips are in poor condition.

It's not an overly white-based color, so those with fair skin might find it suitable to wear on its own (versatile enough to use as a base too). While it doesn't leave a stain, the longevity is impressive. The blurred tint particles adhere well between lip lines, making it resistant to fading. It has a mauve undertone, and the texture is classic blurred tint with an extra layer of velvety finish on top.
ConsIf your lips aren't in good condition, it may settle into fine lines. When lips aren't exfoliated, I noticed it tends to gather slightly around the outer edges of the lower lip. As it's a blurred tint, proper lip care and exfoliation are essential before application!
TipTry layering it with Dinto Blur Glow Tint 204 Modestia as a highlight, and finish with Ssanghwa Rose Hip Lip Oil for an overall look that's heart-flutteringly beautiful.

While matte lip products often make lips appear dry or accentuate wrinkles, this tint applies smoothly and naturally evens out the lip surface, providing a sleek finish. I particularly liked that it's matte but not excessively powdery, retaining a pleasant silky feel that prevents lips from looking dry. The color is perfect for light cool-toned skin. It's not too muted or overly saturated, but has a clear quality that brightens the face. There aren't many tints suitable for light cool tones, so I was very satisfied with how this product blends naturally while adding vitality. It's a cool-toned MLBB shade, making it versatile for daily use as it's not overwhelming but still adds life to the lips. This tint works well on its own, but it's also ideal as a base lip product. It moderately corrects the natural lip color without being too intense, allowing other glowy tints or lip balms to blend seamlessly when layered on top. A key advantage is that the staining isn't too strong, making it great for layering with various products. For those with uneven lip color or naturally dark lips that make it hard to achieve desired shades with lip products, using this tint as a base can help create a more balanced lip look. The application was also very satisfying. While matte tints often apply stiffly or highlight dead skin cells, this product glides on smoothly with excellent adherence. It spreads evenly without clumping, even with multiple applications. I appreciated how it clings to the lips, creating a natural gradient effect without needing to blend separately. You can achieve a clean lip look just by lightly spreading it with the applicator, without using fingers or a puff, making it convenient for quick makeup application. The staying power is also decent. Although it's a matte tint, it's not a complete fixing tint, so the color naturally fades over time. However, I liked that it doesn't leave a burdensome stain, so it doesn't look messy when touching up, and it doesn't clump or crack when reapplied. Overall, this product boasts various advantages including a soft blur formula that naturally smooths lip lines, a clear color that suits light cool tones well, versatility as a base lip product, smooth application, and natural adherence. With its comfortable color, it's perfect for daily lip wear, making it highly recommendable to those who prefer natural lip makeup.
ConsWhile this tint generally has a soft and smooth blur formula, it does have the drawback of potentially accentuating lip lines over time. Initially, it spreads smoothly and adequately fills in wrinkles, but if your lips are dry, the color may settle into creases as time passes. Especially when used on lips with dead skin cells or without lip balm, it can make lips appear even drier. Therefore, proper hydration before application is essential. Additionally, since the color is optimized for light cool-toned skin, it may not sit well on darker complexions. For those with very dark or warm-toned skin, the color might appear to float on the skin rather than blending naturally. It's advisable to test if it matches your skin tone well. If you're aiming for a natural look, layering it with other lip products might work better than using it alone. While this product has many advantages overall, its performance can vary depending on lip dryness and skin tone. It's important to consider your lip condition and complexion when using this product.
TipTo achieve a more beautiful and natural look with a matte blur tint, there are several application techniques to keep in mind. This tint's application and adherence can vary depending on lip condition, so it's crucial to prep your lips and apply it properly. The first step when using matte products is lip care. On dry lips or those with dead skin cells, the tint may not apply evenly and could clump or crack. Apply a generous amount of lip mask or balm the night before for ample hydration. In the morning, gently exfoliate with a soft scrub before use. Alternatively, lightly rubbing with a damp tissue or cotton swab can effectively remove dead skin cells. After lip care, apply a thin layer of lip balm for moisture, but allow it to absorb for 5-10 minutes before applying the tint to ensure good adherence. Gently blot off any excess oil, as too much can cause the matte blur tint to slide or pill. Pressing with a tissue before application helps achieve a cleaner look. When applying the tint, instead of fully covering the lips in one go, it's more natural to lightly dab it on and then blend with your finger or a puff. This product's blur effect makes it easy to soften edges, making it more suitable for gradient lips than full lips. If you prefer full coverage, apply a thin layer first, wait for it to set completely, then add one or two more layers for a clean look without pilling. While beautiful on its own, this tint is versatile as a base lip product. It's particularly suitable for use with other products like glowy tints or moisturizing lip balms, as it evens out lip color. Applying a thin layer of this tint before a glowy tint prevents your natural lip color from showing through and helps maintain vibrant color. As lip lines may become slightly more noticeable over time, applying a small amount of lip balm to the center of your lips after the tint can add moisture without shine for a natural look. Alternatively, using a moisturizing lip primer before application can create an even smoother lip appearance. While this product has good staying power, it's not a complete fixing tint. For longer wear, try blotting with a tissue after application to set it, then apply another layer. This method extends color longevity and prevents lifting when reapplying. As the color fades gently over time without looking messy, touch-ups are easy and worry-free. The key to using a matte blur tint is maintaining smooth lips. Proper hydration and thin, layered application are crucial. While it works well alone, combining it with other lip products allows for diverse styles. Experiment to find what works best for your personal style.

Even when I apply it slightly over my lip line, it looks so natural and adheres beautifully to my lips.
ConsIt has quite a strong white cast, so it's a bit tricky to wear on its own.
