I love how the formula adheres perfectly to the lips, giving great staying power.
ConsUnfortunately, it leaves a slightly purple-tinted stain and tends to clump. Despite being a matte lip product, it still experiences some "yogurt lips" effect.

It's not an overly white-based color, so those with fair skin might find it suitable to wear on its own (versatile enough to use as a base too). While it doesn't leave a stain, the longevity is impressive. The blurred tint particles adhere well between lip lines, making it resistant to fading. It has a mauve undertone, and the texture is classic blurred tint with an extra layer of velvety finish on top.
ConsIf your lips aren't in good condition, it may settle into fine lines. When lips aren't exfoliated, I noticed it tends to gather slightly around the outer edges of the lower lip. As it's a blurred tint, proper lip care and exfoliation are essential before application!
TipTry layering it with Dinto Blur Glow Tint 204 Modestia as a highlight, and finish with Ssanghwa Rose Hip Lip Oil for an overall look that's heart-flutteringly beautiful.

When used as a base, it applies thinly, evens out lip color, and closely matches your natural lip shade, making it great for overlining! When you apply a darker shade as a point lip color over it, the longevity is wow... it lasts incredibly long. The color becomes more captivating the more you look at it. When I first swatched it on my wrist, it seemed warm, but once applied to the lips, you immediately think, 'Ah, this is a true cool-toned lip.' It's a toned-down pink with a slight grayish tint. I couldn't understand why it was so popular and pretty at first, but now it's my go-to tint. It's charming even when worn alone. True to its name as a velvet lip haven, the application is wonderfully powdery smooth. Looking at the product on the applicator tip, you might expect it to apply patchily, but it goes on with zero weight, feeling incredibly light. There's a bit of emphasis on wrinkles and dead skin cells, but that immediately subsides when you apply a point lip color over it.
ConsDue to its formula, it does emphasize dead skin cells and wrinkles. For this reason, I can't wear it alone. Even when my lips are in good condition, you can see product settling into the wrinkles and some clumping, so I always make sure to apply a point lip color over it. The applicator tip is too angular. It feels thin and sharply angled, making me wonder why they chose this design. It doesn't apply to the lips any better, and it actually feels somewhat irritating to the lips when applying.

It might appear a bit muted on those with light undertones, but it's especially recommended for muted skin tones!
ConsIt tends to clump and accentuates dead skin cells. The application with the built-in applicator is quite poor.
TipUsing a lip brush significantly improves the application.

The color is perfect for fair skin tones, even from a distance. The shade is gorgeous. I love that the applicator dispenses just the right amount, so there's no need to wipe excess product off the tip.
ConsLike many velvet tints, the Rom&nd Blur Fudge Tint can sometimes settle into lines, creating a 'yogurt effect'. If you apply too much, it can clump on the lips. Also, the actual color differs from what's shown on the official website - it's more saturated in person.
TipThe photo below captures the true color as accurately as possible.
