  The texture is lightweight and not sticky. Compared to other cube-shaped sunscreens, its consistency is similar to a more fluid sunscreen. After application, it doesn't leave an excessive glow or feel heavy on the skin. While products with brightening effects can sometimes cause pilling, gently patting this one in almost completely eliminates any issues. The cushion format of the sunscreen makes it convenient to use without getting product on your hands. I didn't experience any blemishes from using it. As someone not particularly sensitive to fragrances, I didn't notice any distinct scent.

  Cons

  Due to its brightening effect, you need to pat it in more than expected to avoid a white cast. With tube-type sunscreens, it's easier to gauge how much to apply, but with this cushion format, it's a bit tricky to determine the right amount for adequate protection.

  🌻Blemishes I have blemish-prone skin, but this didn't cause any breakouts or itching! Also, for those who feel hot and sticky when using only sunscreen, this one doesn't do that, which is great. It seems like a product that can be used comfortably without any issues. 🌻Scent I'm not sensitive to scents, so I didn't really notice it. 🌻Texture It applies smoothly, and after application, it leaves a powdery finish! It also has a slight white cast, making it good for evening out skin tone. 🌻Personal usage method Personally, I plan to use my regular sunscreen when applying makeup, and use this product for touch-ups!   It finishes with a pleasantly matte feel. The scent might be a bit divisive - some days I find it off-putting. The texture is just like a cushion foundation, with absolutely no stickiness. I'm pleased that I didn't experience any blemishes during the time I used it.

  Cons

  For me, it feels quite drying. While others say it's moisturizing, perhaps because my skin is very dry right now, using it alone left my skin feeling too parched. It was tricky to get the right amount - even after applying more, it still felt insufficient. The quantity is also quite small. Using it daily as a sunscreen replacement, it runs out quickly. Cushions usually contain 15g, but this sun pact only has 12g, which seems too little.

  Tip

  It's great for controlling oil when applied over makeup after some time has passed. However, since my skin has been very dry lately, my makeup tends to break down, so I haven't had much use for it. It might be perfect for summer, but right now it's too drying for me. I have a feeling my opinion might change drastically come summertime.

  1. No eye irritation As someone who always tries to apply sunscreen, I've tried various products. Usually, after 1-3 hours of wear, my eyes would start stinging. But with this one, there's absolutely no eye irritation! I can make it through the workday without using artificial tears. That's a win! 2. No blemishes Even with products claiming to be gentle or mild, I'd usually end up with small bumps by the end of the workday after applying sunscreen. But with this one, I'm using it without any blemishes appearing. As expected from a vegan product, it's less irritating and has good ingredients, making it gentle on the skin! 3. Great portability It can be a hassle to carry sunscreen around all the time, but this compact form makes it easy to take with you. The case is also adorably pink! 4. The puff Honestly, the puff is both a pro and a con... The puff itself is nice and firm, but it's not ideal for spreading this product. However, I've put it in the pros because its firmness makes it great for patting the product in! 5. Natural brightening It's great that it brightens my complexion when I'm just wearing sunscreen to work. But remember, moderation is key - you don't want your face to look disconnected from your body!

  1. Pilling If you don't pat it in with the puff, it absorbs slowly. (The puff doesn't work well with this product, making it difficult to apply) If you try to spread it, it pills and peels off! So while it's fine when you're just wearing sunscreen, it's not suitable for applying makeup over it. 2. Color It would be nice if it came in a pink tone too! For people with slightly darker skin, even a light application might create a noticeable difference between face and neck.

  First off, this product really excels at brightening! When I first applied it, it was so white I thought, 'Is this right...?' But as time passed, it became more natural-looking, which I loved. Since this is a sun cushion, it was more convenient to carry in my bag and touch up compared to tube-type sunscreens. With SPF50+, it felt like it provided great protection against UV rays. My skin tends to be sensitive in certain areas, but since this is a gentle sun cushion that even babies can use, I only experienced my usual level of blemishes. The staying power was also really impressive!

  I prefer fragrance-free products, so I was disappointed that this sun cushion had quite a strong scent. As much as it had great staying power, it was extremely difficult to remove. Regular foam cleansers couldn't remove it at all, and I had to scrub hard with cleansing tissues to get it off. I think using a foam cleanser specifically for sunscreen would work better.

  I was lucky enough to be selected by The Hwahae Testers to try this product. I've been using it since October 17th, and as of today (October 24th), I'm still using it. What surprised me most during this week of use is that I didn't get any blemishes. My skin is incredibly sensitive and reacts to everything - from atopic dermatitis, ovulation, menstruation, sleep patterns, recent food intake, to cosmetics. In plain terms, my skin is frustratingly sensitive and prone to breakouts. Especially with sunscreens, chemical filters make my skin too oily and cause blemishes, while physical filters are too drying and also lead to breakouts. So, on the first day I received this product, I deliberately applied it in the evening before going out, just to test it. I wore it for about 4 hours. Surprisingly, while I felt a slight dryness, I didn't get any blemishes. Given my atopic skin, dryness is usually a disaster for me. I typically apply heavy skincare before using physical sunscreens, but this product wasn't as drying as I expected. Despite being a physical sunscreen, it didn't leave a severe white cast. The application is smooth, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and powdery.

  The only downside is that it's slightly drying, which is typical for physical sunscreens.

My skin is combination type, and the area around my nose is particularly sensitive, prone to redness and acne. Usually, even slight irritation can cause breakouts, but this product didn't trigger any! The color has a pinkish tint, and when applied, it naturally brightens the complexion by half a tone, giving a radiant look. The application feels light and thin, adhering well to the skin without any heaviness. There was absolutely no eye irritation, and I appreciated that the puff didn't absorb too much product. To test its longevity, I wore only this sun cushion for a day, and it lasted for half a day! I was curious if I could apply makeup over it, so I tried that too. Initially, there was some pilling around the pores near my nose, but when I lightened up on my skincare routine, the pilling stopped. I think it's because this product itself is quite hydrating!
