The texture is similar to an ointment, but it's not too sticky or greasy, making it easy to apply. It seems to have some effectiveness in soothing blemishes and reducing redness from acne.
ConsOh no... While using this product, I noticed my T-zone pores becoming extremely enlarged and my skin feeling saggy (I'm only 21!). This was such a shocking experience for me. The pores from my forehead and eyebrow area down to my upper cheeks, which were originally small and cute, became much larger after using this. Also, when I woke up after applying it, my skin felt like it had lost its overall elasticity. After checking Hwahae reviews, I found others complaining about poor pore management too, so it's definitely an issue with this product. I'm so worried that if I continue using it, I might need pore treatment I've never had before. I'm planning to only apply it to my jawline from now on. Moreover, contrary to the product description, it's not incredibly effective for blemishes. It just provides some soothing effect. It doesn't make pimples heal faster or prevent new ones from forming. It seems like it doesn't manage sebum production at all.
TipIf you must use this product, avoid applying it to your T-zone.

Unlike regular ointments, it feels light and fresh, but I was disappointed that I couldn't apply it all over my face. I was lucky enough to be selected for The Hwahae Testers to try the NACIFIC Centella Trouble Care Cream. It's similar in scent and texture to the Ylang Ylang ointment, but being a cream, it absorbs better and offers great hydration and skin-soothing effects. Plus, the transparent tip makes it easy to control the amount, and it looks more hygienic. After using it from December 20th to December 31st, here's what I found: Rather than preventing blemishes, it seems to quickly calm existing ones and help fade their marks, as shown in the photos.
ConsThe reason I'm unsure about its effectiveness in sebum control is that while the cream absorbs quickly, it feels a bit heavy, and I had a slight sensation that it might be enlarging the pores on my cheeks.
TipUsing it in combination with the Centellasca Ylang Ylang ointment enhances the soothing effect.
