At first I thought, 'Isn't this a bit heavy?' But when I woke up, almost all my blemishes had subsided. The ingredients are fantastic too. Surprisingly, ylang-ylang didn't work for me, but this product really delivers results for my acne even though I apply it frequently. It's truly a holy grail product... If you have super sensitive skin, you should definitely give this a try.
ConsThe price is a bit disappointing, and the scent is like a mild Fucidin smell? But it's much better than having fragrances that make your face red. Also, after some time it tends to pill a bit, so avoid touching your face and I wouldn't recommend using it before makeup.
TipFor best results, apply it all over your face at night before bed, and then add an extra layer on acne-prone areas.

As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I appreciated that it didn't cause any tingling sensation when applied. Being a blemish cream, it wasn't too heavy for a moisturizer, which was great. It had just the right amount of hydration, allowing me to simplify my routine to just toner, serum, and cream without needing a separate emulsion. For the first few days, it significantly improved my deep dryness, though progress plateaued after that.
ConsIt's tricky to get the amount right - if you apply a bit too much, it pills like dead skin cells. Also, surprisingly, I noticed a nasty blemish popping up the next day. For a blemish care cream, it seemed to be causing blemishes instead...? Though this only happened once, the blemish that appeared was particularly angry and painful. Occasionally, I experienced some redness after application, but this seemed to depend on my skin's condition at the time.

My mom even commented on how much my skin has improved! (I applied it generously on my face before bed without waiting for it to absorb...hehe)
ConsThe main drawback is that it's quite expensive for the amount you get. Also, there's some pilling.

Packaging: The tube has a very narrow opening, similar to an ointment, making it convenient to apply directly on spots. No need to squeeze it onto your hand first. Texture and scent: It has a slightly rich ointment-like texture. At first, I thought it was too thick, but after a short while, it absorbed quickly and left a fresh finish, which I loved! Personally, I don't like scented products, so I was pleased that this one is fragrance-free. Review: Since I already use a skin emulsion, I used this product as a spot treatment rather than an all-over cream. I focused more on reducing redness rather than its moisturizing properties. After using it for about 5 days, I didn't see dramatic results, but the redness has definitely decreased compared to before.
ConsI didn't have any particular complaints. However, when I apply it in the morning and then put on sunscreen, there isn't enough time for it to absorb fully, so it pills a bit. Also, the narrow opening makes the tube prone to tipping over.
TipIf you're planning to apply sunscreen or makeup soon after, it might pill a bit, so I recommend using it in the evening!

I used my 3000 won sign-up coupon for the purchase. But honestly, what happened? For skin with excessive sebum production, I absolutely cannot recommend this. The product itself is just too rich, regardless of its moisturizing or blemish-fighting claims.
ConsFor those with oily, combination dehydrated, or combination skin types who are sensitive to rich products, this might be too much. Even when I tested it in the dead of winter, it made my skin excessively shiny. The only silver lining is that it absorbs relatively quickly. However, for a cream that claims to target blemishes, it's far too rich. I doubt many people would find this suitable, except perhaps those with very dry, blemish-prone skin. It's impossible to layer thinly as it pills up like dirt. Overall, it's a disappointing cream. Considering the price, there are no real advantages, so I can't recommend it.

I've been using this for a total of 5 days. The texture reminds me of the deep red sleeping pack I used to use! It feels a bit like applying a thick ointment when you put it on. However, it absorbs well, much better than a sleeping pack. Pros: - Feels like it locks in hydration After applying all my skincare (toner, serum, emulsion), when my skin still feels dry, I gently layer this on top and it becomes incredibly moisturized and supple! - Fragrance-free and gentle I only applied this cream in the evening, and I loved that it's fragrance-free and caused no irritation! - Waking up to soft skin When I apply a generous amount before bed, I wake up feeling like my skin has become wonderfully soft and improved!
Cons- If used in the morning, it can cause pilling with makeup That's really the only downside! If I had to nitpick, I'd say that while it's best to apply a generous amount before bed, the product volume is a bit small.
TipIt works wonders when you apply a generous amount before going to sleep!

However, this product struck a great oil and moisture balance, leaving my skin feeling comfortable after application. While the product container isn't convenient to stand upright, the long nozzle makes it easy to dispense onto the skin with one hand
ConsUser experience Due to my combination dehydrated skin, I tend to break out if too much nourishment builds up or if the product pills Initially, I mixed a small amount with other products ->Gradually increased the amount for solo use, but as I used it alone more often, I was surprised to see 3-4 pustular blemishes appear, which I hadn't experienced in a while. Given the good ingredients, it seems the texture didn't suit me rather than the components. Instead of an ointment-like consistency that's hard to spread, if it had a more hydrating or easily spreadable texture, it might have better aligned with the product's aim of helping troubled skin. This aspect was a bit disappointing. This texture might actually make it easier for whiteheads or blackheads to form. I wondered if troubled skin could use this in summer? And if so, would the heat protection be effective? It seems like everything about it is good, but the texture is really disappointing... (not sure how it would work for dry, troubled skin) Also, I was disappointed that the research report cited as evidence for the product's effectiveness only involved 20 participants, so I couldn't feel that it was a truly significant effect. The ingredients are so good, but unlike most other products that tailor their texture for troubled skin too, I can't say this product is exceptionally good overall.
TipIf you find it sticking to your skin too thickly and want to spread it more easily, diluting it with an essence or toner works really well! It's a great way to counteract the drawbacks and find the right way to use it effectively.

As a teenager, I only had a few small blemishes on my forehead and generally clear skin. However, as an adult, I experienced a sudden outbreak of whiteheads and small bumps all over my face - forehead, chin, cheeks, and T-zone. I even developed occasional cystic acne and seborrheic dermatitis, which led me to take prescription acne medication. It was quite a struggle! As my skin was gradually improving, I saw that the highly-praised NACIFIC Centella Trouble Care Cream was available for testing. I've been using it consistently for over a week since receiving it. Texture: Although it's called a cream, to me it feels more like an ointment - a thick, salve-like consistency. Scent: It's practically fragrance-free. Application: The ointment-like texture makes it easy to spread smoothly on the skin. Moisture/Oil balance: This is what impressed me the most. When you first apply it, it feels moisturizing, but once it's fully absorbed, it leaves a matte finish that might look dry on the surface. However, the amazing thing is that your skin doesn't actually feel dry at all. When you touch your face, you can feel that it's still moisturized. It seems to effectively regulate sebum and oil production. Blemish care: The most crucial aspect! I had quite a few small bumps and while my skin was improving, I still had some issues. Although I didn't see dramatic improvements (which is understandable given the Centella Asiatica extract for acne), I noticed that my blemishes didn't get worse. Particularly, since it seems to control excess oil, I personally think it could be beneficial for acne-prone skin.
ConsI noticed that when I apply sunscreen over this cream, it tends to pill. So when I need to put on makeup before going out, I use a different, more hydrating moisturizer instead. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints about using this product!
TipTo prevent my skin from worsening even without acne medication, I follow this skincare routine consistently: [exfoliating toner with a pad → mist toner for hydration → over-the-counter acne ointment → allow maximum absorption, then apply hydrating serum → NACIFIC Trouble Cream or moisturizer]. This regimen has been working well for me!

Texture and scent: It has a thick ointment-like texture that applies smoothly on the skin. The product is fragrance-free! Blemish improvement: When I first received this product, my skin was in pretty bad shape. While I used it consistently, I also incorporated other skincare steps, so it's hard to attribute the improvement solely to this product. However, my skin tends to react with breakouts when using incompatible products, and I didn't experience any significant new blemishes with this one. I think I'll need to use it a bit longer to pinpoint its specific benefits.
ConsOccasionally, when applying sunscreen immediately after this product, it would pill slightly.
TipPersonally, I recommend allowing ample time for the product to fully absorb into your skin before applying makeup, rather than using it immediately before cosmetics application.
