My skin doesn't seem to feel much difference, whether I use something or not, but this product definitely gave me a soothing sensation on my skin. Moreover, the shape of the dispenser allowed me to use it in a hygienic manner, which I appreciated. I really like the texture. It feels great on the skin. I apply it over my moisturizer, focusing on areas with blemishes. I can't find any downsides to mention. It's not disappointing at all, though it might be a bit rich in texture. I tried this product because I loved Nots' Ylang Ylang line. It's lightweight and absorbs well. The applicator tip is great for spot treatment. It's okay... but not particularly impressive. Well, it's not a miracle worker, but it's gentle enough for even super sensitive skin. It's a solid, reliable choice for everyday use. Thumbs up! I bought this thinking it would help with hyperpigmentation and acne scars, but I suspect you'd need to use it alongside other skincare products to see real results.

I bought this ointment without much thought after hearing it was for applying to squeezed blemishes and discolored areas. I've lost count of how many tubes I've gone through - this is truly the holy grail ointment for acne-prone skin. I get anxious when I'm running low, so I always stock up. It calms inflammation and fades blemish marks so quickly! It's on the pricey side... I've been applying a generous amount of this every night before bed for the past year. With consistent use, I've noticed my blemishes seem to be fading a bit. The product doesn't last long. Even when using it just once a day, it runs out quickly due to its small size.
