Pros
Bought the Hwahae Ilangillang expecting it to be great since it's so well-reviewed. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly. The applicator tip is designed well for easy spot application.

I could feel the moisturizing effects the very next day after using it. My skin is extremely dehydrated, but this product absorbs well without leaving a greasy residue. When I have breakouts, applying this helps calm them down, and I can see the results the next morning. The product also has a generous volume, so when I apply it thickly and go to sleep, I wake up feeling like my skin has been thoroughly hydrated from within. I've been using the Natsu Centella Ointment religiously, sometimes going through 3 tubes or more, so I had high expectations! In the winter, my skin is extremely dry and prone to breakouts, but the texture applied well and absorbed quickly into my face. I also liked that it was fragrance-free and not as thick as an ointment, making it easy to apply.
Cons
After cleansing, the application was smooth, but I felt like this product alone wasn't quite enough - I had the sense that I should add an additional cream. The milky texture had good spreadability even with a small amount. It didn't feel sticky or gooey like aloe gel at all. Particularly, it visibly calmed the redness immediately. Even when I applied it thickly, it absorbed smoothly without any stickiness. After about 30 minutes, it also helped relieve the burning sensation, which was really great.
Cons
At first glance, it may look dry and lacking in oil. But the lack of oiliness is not really a downside if there is no discomfort.
Tip
When the redness and burning sensation were severe, layering it twice and then spraying the prescription mist really helped it subside much faster.
