  Pros

  It's fragrance-free and absorbs smoothly onto the skin. The emulsion-like texture absorbs well and feels so light, it's as if you're not wearing anything. There's absolutely no white cast or stickiness. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin, yet it's not drying and offers high sun protection, which is fantastic.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about. However, it doesn't provide any brightening or complexion-evening effects.

  I'm not usually a fan of sunscreens due to their heavy feel, but the Melaphil Vitamin B Sunscreen is different. It's almost non-sticky with a texture similar to a hydrating moisturizer, so it doesn't feel heavy when applied. It absorbs quickly like an essence, without any white cast, and feels light and refreshing on the skin. It doesn't seem overly rich, leaving a soft, matte finish. I love that it doesn't feel suffocating, making it perfect for those who dislike the typical sunscreen feel. Even after 12 hours, there was no excess shine. Its essence-like texture seems to work well for combination dehydrated skin without causing any patchiness. I think even men could comfortably use this without feeling burdened.

  It feels slightly sticky right after application, but becomes matte once absorbed. It doesn't have any brightening or tone-up effects.

  Apply it as if you're adding an extra layer over your moisturizer, allowing it to absorb well.

  I've been using this consistently since winning The Hwahae Testers selection! ⭐️ User Experience Since this product doesn't leave a white cast, I used it before makeup without any pilling issues. It absorbs well with a moisturizing effect, making it perfect for those who dislike tone-up or mineral sunscreens that don't fully absorb and cause pilling. While it may not have outstanding features, its gentle formula makes it a safe, versatile choice for everyday use! ⭐️ Texture Although moisturizing, it's not as lightweight as a sun serum. On my combination dehydrated skin, it felt like applying a hydrating cream with a nice finish! I also appreciated that it doesn't have the typical sunscreen scent.

  Since it doesn't provide any brightening or color-correcting effects, I felt it was a bit lacking when worn alone without makeup. As a result, I only used it as a makeup-friendly sunscreen when I planned to apply makeup.

  You're probably well aware that oral vitamin B supplements are great for boosting immunity, fighting fatigue, and providing antioxidant benefits. But I was incredibly curious about the effects of sunscreens containing vitamin B, so I did some research. It turns out that B vitamins help strengthen the skin barrier, provide hydration, and offer anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects. Niacinamide (B3) protects the skin from UV rays and is effective for brightening and anti-aging, while panthenol (B5) improves sensitive skin through its moisturizing and soothing properties. The Melafeel Vitamin B Sunscreen, with its SPF50+ PA++++ rating, seems to offer powerful UV protection while also improving skin condition. First off, the texture is nothing like typical sunscreens - there's no stickiness or that slightly unpleasant feeling you get when applying foundation. It's almost like applying a milk emulsion, which is why it absorbs into the skin so smoothly. As someone who prioritizes hydration - the cornerstone of all base makeup - I can say this product doubles as a moisturizing sunscreen. I felt completely comfortable applying it generously to my neck and the back of my hands. As women age, we tend to worry more about our neck and hands, especially those pesky age spots that appear on sun-exposed areas like the backs of our hands while driving. Often, we avoid applying sunscreen to these areas because of the sticky feeling, but this product's vitamin B content offers brightening and anti-aging benefits, which is fantastic. Especially as the weather gets warmer and face sweat becomes an issue, even slightly heavy products can be off-putting. That's why I love that this absorbs thinly and smoothly like an emulsion.

  Many people were disappointed by the lack of tone-up effect, but I think this product should be used differently. It's true that it doesn't have a tone-up function. However, if it did have a tone-up effect, it wouldn't absorb as smoothly into the skin. These days, with more people working from home and spending entire days indoors, I prefer this emulsion-type sunscreen over ones with a tone-up effect. It's much less burdensome on the skin, which I appreciate.

  Tip

  For perfect absorption, I apply toner at least twice using a cotton pad during my skincare routine, then pat in essence and moisturizer until they're fully absorbed before applying sunscreen. This way, the sunscreen goes on more quickly without pilling, and keeps my skin hydrated all day long.

  ☆Melapeel Vitamin B Sunscreen☆ As a devoted user of mineral sunscreens, this was my first time trying a chemical sunscreen! Surprisingly, the chemical sunscreen is quite nice~~ Unlike mineral sunscreens, there's no white cast, and it absorbs beautifully just like an emulsion! No pilling and it's wonderfully hydrating! With no sticky feeling, I think it would be great to use in both summer and winter~~ There's barely any scent, and as someone with dry skin, when I apply it before makeup, I notice a more hydrated appearance? You can feel the effect, and there's no eye irritation, so it's pleasant to apply! Plus, with 10 types of Vitamin B ingredients, it gives a sense of nourishing the skin! It suits my skin well and is so easy to apply that I'm seriously considering switching my sunscreen haha I think it would be comfortable and great for men to use too!

  Cons

  It doesn't really brighten the skin, and it comes off a bit easily when wiping, but otherwise it's good.

  Apply it 30 minutes before going out!!!

  Here's my review after using it for about a week: 1. Texture: Lightweight. Similar to other hydrating sunscreens. 2. Feel: Almost no stickiness compared to other products. Not thick or heavy. Absorbs well, quickly leaving skin feeling dry to the touch. 3. Almost no scent. 4. No brightening effect. (Good for reapplication) 5. No pilling.

  Wow, this is truly the best sunscreen I've used recently! I highly recommend it! For context, I'm a sunscreen fanatic who applies it religiously before going out, day or night, all year round. However, I hadn't found the perfect sunscreen that met all my criteria, so I used to use different ones for day and night, and for different seasons. But with this product, I think I can use it for everything! The most important thing - there's no white cast! That was always my biggest pet peeve with sunscreens, but this one is so lightweight that it leaves no white residue. It's what I love most about it! Secondly, as I mentioned, it has an incredibly light texture. I usually apply makeup after sunscreen, and heavy formulas can cause my makeup to pill or look patchy. But this product is so light and fresh, applying like an emulsion, that I didn't experience any pilling or patchiness at all! It makes applying makeup so much easier. Thanks to its lightweight formula, I can comfortably use it at night too, which I absolutely love! There's nothing more uncomfortable than going out at night with a thick layer of sunscreen on. I'm planning to stick with this product from now on! It's a sunscreen you can use effectively all year round, day or night. I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend it!

  If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that due to its light texture, it doesn't provide much of a tone-up effect. However, as someone who really dislikes white cast, I find that the advantage of its lightweight formula more than makes up for the lack of tone-up effect!

  As someone who usually doesn't wear sunscreen, I got the chance to try this one thanks to being selected for The Hwahae Testers. I've avoided sunscreen because of white cast, difficulty in spreading thick formulas, and how it affects makeup application. However, this product completely changed my perspective. There's hardly any white cast, and its emulsion-like texture applies smoothly and feels moisturizing - just like putting on a regular emulsion. It doesn't interfere with makeup application either, allowing for a seamless blend. Thanks to this product, I think I'll be able to incorporate sunscreen into my daily routine from now on.

  I didn't expect much, but the ingredients are fantastic and it doesn't cause any blemishes on my skin! It absorbs smoothly without leaving any sticky residue.
