From the first application, it glides on smoothly without any pilling. What I loved most was the absence of any white cast. Unlike other products that leave a ghostly appearance, this one absorbs perfectly into the skin without any burden. As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to deep dryness, I found this sunscreen to be incredibly hydrating. It kept my skin moisturized all day long. I think it would work well for others with combination dehydrated skin too. The texture and ingredients are all satisfactory. I'll definitely continue using this product and look forward to seeing the long-term benefits!
ConsIf there's one drawback, it's the initial scent when you first open it. However, the smell dissipates quickly once applied.

The emulsion-like texture absorbs well and feels so light, it's as if you're not wearing anything. There's absolutely no white cast or stickiness. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin, yet it's not drying and offers high sun protection, which is fantastic.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about. However, it doesn't provide any brightening or complexion-evening effects.

I'm usually sensitive to how sunscreens feel and avoid heavy ones, but this one applies lightly while still feeling smooth and adhering well to the skin. There's no white cast or dryness, which I loved. It would be great to use before makeup too.
ConsThere weren't really any downsides. I think I'll keep using it consistently.
TipYou typically need to apply a generous amount of sunscreen for proper UV protection. What I appreciated about this product is that even when layered three times, it didn't feel heavy or leave a white cast.

While it was provided for free, this is a truly honest review from a teenage student! Before diving in, let me share that I have combination dehydrated skin. I usually opt for chemical sunscreens as mineral ones tend to cause deep dryness and pilling. My mother, who also tried this product, has dry skin. We've been using it consistently from March 26th to April 4th. Here are the highlights: Absorption: It applies beautifully! Every morning, I'd dispense some onto the back of my hand, apply it to my face, and gently massage it in. Even when rushing through my morning routine, it spreads and absorbs quickly, making it super convenient. Hydration: Both my mother and I found it incredibly moisturizing. The formula is packed with hydration without feeling dry at all. Right after application, it leaves a dewy glow without being sticky if you use the right amount. As time passes, it keeps the skin feeling moisturized deep down while the surface feels comfortably matte. No White Cast: This might be a pro or con depending on preference, but I personally love that it doesn't alter my skin tone. I rarely wear makeup and often find it challenging to apply enough of tone-up sunscreens. This one simply moisturizes without any brightening effect or white cast. No Pilling: Some sunscreens tend to pill or flake off when applied over skincare, especially around the cheeks. This one doesn't do that at all! And here's my mother's take: She's thrilled that it doesn't pill even when she applies cushion foundation over it. Overall, she's very satisfied with the product.
ConsThere weren't many downsides to speak of. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the quantity feels a bit small since it runs out quickly. I used it purely for sun protection rather than cosmetic purposes, and I've heard you should use about two finger-lengths worth for proper coverage. Applying that amount means the product disappears pretty fast. So if you're looking for something budget-friendly, this might not be the most cost-effective option. The performance is good, but the value for money might be questionable.
TipWhile I don't have any specific tips for this product, I've heard that you should use at least two finger-lengths of sunscreen for it to be effective. Keep that in mind when applying!

But I was incredibly curious about the effects of sunscreens containing vitamin B, so I did some research. It turns out that B vitamins help strengthen the skin barrier, provide hydration, and offer anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects. Niacinamide (B3) protects the skin from UV rays and is effective for brightening and anti-aging, while panthenol (B5) improves sensitive skin through its moisturizing and soothing properties. The Melafeel Vitamin B Sunscreen, with its SPF50+ PA++++ rating, seems to offer powerful UV protection while also improving skin condition. First off, the texture is nothing like typical sunscreens - there's no stickiness or that slightly unpleasant feeling you get when applying foundation. It's almost like applying a milk emulsion, which is why it absorbs into the skin so smoothly. As someone who prioritizes hydration - the cornerstone of all base makeup - I can say this product doubles as a moisturizing sunscreen. I felt completely comfortable applying it generously to my neck and the back of my hands. As women age, we tend to worry more about our neck and hands, especially those pesky age spots that appear on sun-exposed areas like the backs of our hands while driving. Often, we avoid applying sunscreen to these areas because of the sticky feeling, but this product's vitamin B content offers brightening and anti-aging benefits, which is fantastic. Especially as the weather gets warmer and face sweat becomes an issue, even slightly heavy products can be off-putting. That's why I love that this absorbs thinly and smoothly like an emulsion.
ConsMany people were disappointed by the lack of tone-up effect, but I think this product should be used differently. It's true that it doesn't have a tone-up function. However, if it did have a tone-up effect, it wouldn't absorb as smoothly into the skin. These days, with more people working from home and spending entire days indoors, I prefer this emulsion-type sunscreen over ones with a tone-up effect. It's much less burdensome on the skin, which I appreciate.
TipFor perfect absorption, I apply toner at least twice using a cotton pad during my skincare routine, then pat in essence and moisturizer until they're fully absorbed before applying sunscreen. This way, the sunscreen goes on more quickly without pilling, and keeps my skin hydrated all day long.

It's a chemical sunscreen that feels like a moisturizing essence on the skin. According to the description, it's formulated with ingredients that protect the skin and help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Enriched with Vitamin B, known for its soothing and hydrating properties, it's gentle enough for sensitive skin types to use without irritation. You can apply this sunscreen comfortably without worrying about blemishes.
Cons1. Might feel a bit rich for oily skin types If you have oily skin or during summer months, you might notice a slight shine. You may need to use blotting papers or powder to manage this. 2. Average longevity due to its focus on hydration Lacking waterproof properties, it's vulnerable to sweat and water. You'll need to reapply frequently during outdoor activities.
TipI recommend this product. It's particularly suitable for those with dry or super sensitive skin, those who prefer gentle ingredients, or anyone looking for a brightening moisturizer that doesn't leave a white cast. However, if you have oily skin or need a long-lasting formula, I'd suggest testing it out first before committing.

When I use moisturizing products, my makeup pills due to excess oil. With emulsion-type products, my smile lines get dry midday. I've bought so many sunscreens after seeing ads, only to be disappointed. But this product? From its texture to how it makes my skin look - I'm completely satisfied! Just two small dabs, and there's no white cast or tightness around the eyes. I'm thrilled! My makeup applies beautifully over it, and even after cleansing, my skin feels healthier somehow. I highly recommend giving it a try!
ConsThe amount is a bit small. It would be great if you could offer more sales. Maybe even some buy-one-get-one-free deals?

Absorbs without stickiness, feels fresh. Light yogurt-like texture. I use this as the final step after other skincare products, but it's so easy to apply that I have to remember if I've put it on. That's how well it absorbs. - Maintains hydration all day, excellent moisturizing effect (panthenol is key) - It's organic sunscreen with no white cast. - Makeup applies smoothly over it without any pilling. - Fragrance-free and doesn't irritate the eyes at all. - No blemishes appeared while using this product, and I love that it keeps my skin from getting oily throughout the day.
ConsI'm so satisfied with this product that I can't even find anything to criticize.

But this one is different! Despite being an organic sunscreen, it doesn't make my skin look shiny at all, which I love. The texture isn't heavy either, making it perfect for the warmer weather we're having now. It provides just the right amount of hydration. It's rare to find an organic sunscreen that's lightweight and non-greasy, but this one fits the bill perfectly. Plus, it doesn't irritate my eyes at all!
ConsI can't think of any downsides. It's a non-heavy, non-greasy organic sunscreen that doesn't sting my eyes. I'm really pleased with it.

It keeps deep dryness at bay even hours after application. I don't need to reapply sunscreen, and my skin feels comfortable for a long time. Despite being a chemical sunscreen, which I was worried might sting my eyes, I experienced no irritation.
ConsIn terms of how it absorbs, it's not as hydrating or easily absorbed as other sun serums. I'd say its texture is somewhere between a typical sunscreen and a sun serum. However, considering it's a functional sunscreen, I think its absorption is quite satisfactory!
