It was my first time trying a brightening moisturizer with SPF, and when you squeeze it out, you can feel these tiny particles! As you spread it, it evens out your skin tone~ It's convenient since it combines sun protection and complexion brightening in one step, so I mainly used it in my morning makeup routine. After application, my face definitely looked brighter and more polished, which made applying foundation easier.
ConsThe downside is that you need to spread those tiny particles carefully, and if you apply it hastily, it can clump a bit. Make sure to blend it well while looking in the mirror!

The brightening moisturizer effect is absolutely noticeable. And since it's a sun serum, it leaves my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated.
ConsI bought this because the reviews were so good, but it was a bit disappointing. My skin tends to be yellowish and uneven due to blemishes, so I was hoping for a natural tone-evening effect. However, when I apply it, my face looks unnaturally white. Of course, it doesn't cover imperfections, and the unevenness is still visible. I'd only recommend this for people who already have clear, fair skin and want to look even fairer.
TipFor those looking for a natural brightening and complexion-evening effect like me, I recommend the Cossnori tone-up base. It's great because it also has sun protection, and it makes your skin look absolutely fantastic!

The container has a unique and attractive design. Being a pump-type, it's hygienic and incredibly convenient for both use and storage. Despite having sensitive skin, I was able to use this product without any irritation or breakouts. There's definitely an immediate brightening effect. My skin naturally has a yellowish undertone, but this purple-toned cream noticeably brightened my complexion by about one shade! I loved both the application feel and the brightening effect. Plus, it's so convenient to have sun protection and serum in one step, eliminating the need to apply serum separately underneath.
ConsThe purple cream and the oily components don't seem to mix well, causing some clumping. When applying, it tends to clump and feel patchy, so if you haven't prepared your skin properly with a good base, it doesn't absorb naturally.

The brightening effect is impressive. Hydration Boost: With its moisture serum and capsules, it feels wonderfully hydrating when applied. Sun Protection: The added sun protection makes it a great all-in-one product for a quick and easy application.
ConsApplication Challenges: The purple capsules and moisture serum don't blend well, making it difficult to apply smoothly. It tends to sit on top of the skin rather than absorbing. Blemish Concerns: I'm not sure if it's due to this brightening moisturizer or just fatigue, but I noticed a few small blemishes after using it. As a result, I've been hesitant to use it regularly. Room for Improvement: It would be better if the formula was gentler, easier to apply, and absorbed more naturally without leaving a noticeable layer on the skin.

I absolutely love it - it's become my daily go-to! It applied so smoothly and moisturized my dry female skin wonderfully. Even my male friend with redness and combination dehydrated skin was amazed at how hydrating it felt. The brightening effect is clear, and it also works as a sunscreen. I'd rather buy this again than a brightening sunscreen - it's that good!
ConsIt doesn't cover dark circles or redness. There's a slight tingling sensation if applied too close to the eyes. There's a mild cosmetic scent, but it's not bothersome.
TipBefore and after photos are available.

Highly recommended for those with yellow undertones! The purple base effectively neutralizes yellowness, giving a more refined complexion. It also imparts a subtle glow, creating the illusion of translucent skin. Please refer to the photos for reference (I tried to capture the actual brightening effect as accurately as possible). Fragrance: It's not unscented. There's a distinct cosmetic or sunscreen scent that's hard to describe, but it's not overpowering. In my opinion, the fragrance isn't bothersome. Packaging: The packaging is sleek, and the container is sturdy. I particularly appreciated the usage tips on the instructions, and above all, the container is aesthetically pleasing! Product features: I love how convenient this product is. As someone who needs to counteract yellow undertones, I usually have to apply sunscreen followed by a base, which can feel heavy and cause makeup to separate in summer. However, this all-in-one product simplifies the process, which I'm very satisfied with! Hydration: As a product that combines sunscreen, base, and hydrating capsules, it applies smoothly and feels moisturizing upon application.
ConsAbsorption: There were instances where the product pilled like dead skin cells after application, which was disappointing. However, it's fine if you apply it in thin layers, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. Lasting hydration: While it feels moisturizing upon application, I didn't get the sense that the hydration was long-lasting, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I'll likely use it often due to its excellent brightening effect!
TipUse the right amount! Applying too much at once can lead to pilling or poor absorption. It's important to use small amounts on each area and ensure proper absorption. Pay special attention to spreading the capsules evenly as you apply.

It's not a smooth 23 though, it's patchy, so I was considering getting a white tanning treatment. Pros: - It definitely brightens the complexion. This tone-up serum is a game-changer. Once applied, it makes my skin look brighter and healthier than any brightening moisturizer I've used before. Maybe because I've tanned a lot, the brightening effect seems even more noticeable. I usually don't wear cushion foundation or liquid foundation, just concealer for dark circles. So I'm quite obsessed with having a radiant complexion. In conclusion, I absolutely love it!! 100% will repurchase when I run out. I'm not praising it this much just because I'm part of The Hwahae Testers. If the product was just okay, I would have only written a few words... - No eye irritation. As someone who always experiences eye irritation with organic UV filters, even in well-known 'good' sunscreens, it's hard to find a moisturizing product without this issue. When I first applied this product, I used way too much and it got into my eyes, so I thought there might be irritation. But when I used the right amount after that, there was absolutely no eye irritation!
ConsI saw other reviews saying it's super hard to apply, and when I first tried to use a 500 won coin-sized amount, I found it difficult too. That was too much product. If you pump it twice and start spreading from your cheeks, it applies well. The texture is really unique. It feels like wet tissue pieces clumped together? So it takes a bit of time to spread it evenly.
TipUse small pumps and apply little by little.

It feels incredibly hydrating when applied, making it perfect for dry skin types without emphasizing dead skin cells. Fragrance: A pleasant, subtle sweet grape-like scent that's not overpowering. Brightening effect: Thanks to its purple hue, it effectively neutralizes yellow undertones and gives a pink-tinted, brightening effect to the complexion. Wrinkle coverage: Despite its brightening power, it doesn't settle into fine lines, resulting in a natural finish. Final feel: After some time, it dries down to a comfortable, slightly powdery texture that feels soft and smooth on the skin.
ConsApplication: The serum and sunscreen visibly don't mix well, requiring extra effort to blend evenly on the face without clumping. Pilling: Due to the difficulty in blending, it doesn't mix well with skincare products underneath. This can lead to unsightly white residue during application (though it can be somewhat reduced by patting the skin). Irritation: While the product itself may not be irritating, the extensive rubbing required during application could cause redness for those with sensitive skin. Oiliness: After application, there's an excessive shine and oily feel. Though this diminishes over time, you may still need to use a powder to control the remaining shine.
TipFor dry skin & pilling: This ultra-hydrating product could be an excellent brightening sunscreen for those with extremely dry skin. To minimize pilling, which is a drawback of this product, it's recommended to use a hydrating toner or serum first to combat deep dryness. If needed, apply a very thin layer of moisturizer sparingly before the sunscreen.

Brightening effect It gives a very natural brightening effect. Unlike typical mineral sunscreens, it doesn't leave a white cast. As you can see in the attached photo, it goes on very clear, providing excellent skin texture correction. It's perfect for those who want a natural-looking skin. 2. Texture With about 54% hydrating serum, it applies moisturizing. I was worried the capsules might make it go on thick, but if you spread it well, it applies evenly. If you're looking for a skincare feel, this product will suit you well. 3. User experience As mentioned in the texture description, you need to rub the capsules between your fingers to spread them evenly for the best application. I have sensitive skin, but I never experienced any blemishes while using it. It's a purple color base with skincare ingredients, so when applied to the face, it gives a natural glow without darkening, creating a beautiful complexion.
Cons1. Scent The downside is that the scent might be polarizing. My first impression was that it smelled a bit like grape jelly...? It's similar to the scent of old-school sunscreens, so quite a few people might dislike it. I'm not a big fan of it either. 2. Control I think it's quite a difficult texture to use if you're a beginner... There's no specific tool to use with it, so you have to apply it with your hands. When you rub the particles, they tend to pill or clump like dead skin cells. It seems to work best when you've properly done your skincare routine.
TipKeep your base skincare light! Make sure your oil and moisture balance is right! It seems to apply beautifully when you do this. It might be good for those with dry skin, so adjust your base routine according to your skin type. As mentioned, focus on spreading it evenly with your hands rather than using other tools. Also, make sure to give it enough time to absorb completely!

Definite brightening effect The brightening effect is truly remarkable! Among all the brightening moisturizers I've used, this one stands out - it noticeably lightens my complexion. 2. Multi-functional benefits It's hydrating, making it suitable even for dry skin. No flaking, and it brings out that coveted Inner Glow. What's more, unlike many brightening moisturizers with weak or no sun protection, this product offers strong UV defense - a huge plus! While I didn't notice much of a primer effect, it works wonderfully as a makeup base. When I apply foundation over this product, it goes on more evenly and with less patchiness.
Cons1. Fragrance The overly artificial scent was off-putting during application. If they could just adjust the fragrance, it would be nearly perfect. 2. Clumping Due to the purple particles, you need to blend it in thoroughly. This can lead to clumping, skin irritation, and even a slight burning sensation... not ideal.
