  Pros

  Hygienic packaging. Each pack contains 6 patches, making them feel extra precious. The product has small spikes that can cause a slight tingling sensation when applying. It subsides after a while, but it was a bit surprising at first. These spikes seem to help bring blemishes to a head.

  Cons

  Compared to other blemish patches, these don't seem to heal spots any faster. The waterproof quality varies depending on the area, but overall it's not great. I applied a patch to a blemish on my collarbone and removed it after 4 days. While it had slightly reduced, I wouldn't say it had healed significantly. The spikes appear to bring blemishes to a head, but they don't seem to extract the sebum. I applied one to a yellowish spot on my forehead, and it looked like it had burst immediately. However, when I removed it after 3 days, although the blemish had come to a head, the sebum was still inside, so I had to use an extractor to remove it.

  Tip

  I'm not sure if these need to be worn for longer than 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I don't have any special tips to share about this product.

  Pros

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I often get blemishes from hormonal changes or using products with PEG ingredients. I used this on areas with clusters of small bumps and larger blemishes where I had extracted sebum, before they became major breakouts. 🧸 Soothing effect It had a calming effect on my skin. When I applied it to areas with small clustered bumps, they disappeared by the next day. Of course, these were recent bumps, and I applied the patch after finishing my skincare routine, which likely contributed to its effectiveness. 🧸 Hygienic packaging I appreciated that the patches come in a resealable package, with pairs individually wrapped. This seems more hygienic than standard acne patches. However, being my first time, I found it a bit tricky to apply to the skin.

  Cons

  I don't think it's suitable for use after extracting sebum. I was surprised it couldn't absorb any discharge. The Hwahae description says to apply it to problem areas, so I planned to read the instructions carefully when I received the product. However, there were no detailed instructions included, forcing me to search online for proper usage, which was disappointing.

  Tip

  It seems to work quickly on newly formed small bumps, visibly reducing them.
