Although they are needles, it's not too painful even when pressed down, which is fine. It is definitely effective in quickly calming acne.
ConsWhen I peeled one off, two came off together, so it's a bit awkward that I have to use two at a time. I'm supposed to use it for about a day, then use the next one, but since it's open, it ends up being exposed to the air for a day.

But once I put on the patch, it seems like the medicinal ingredients or something are absorbed, and it calms down, which I really like.
ConsWhile the adhesion is good for a beginner, for my oily skin, it falls off quickly.
TipAfter I pop a pimple, I disinfect it and then apply a patch.

Compared to other acne patches, the pain when applying it was not too severe, and the soothing and calming effects on the affected area were good.
ConsIf you only use one and store the other, the effect of the other one may be diminished, so you really need to use both. As a person with troublesome skin, I use them often, but those who only occasionally get pimples may feel differently - this is just my personal opinion.
TipThe patches tend to come off more easily on areas with a lot of movement. Applying them before bed or first wiping the application area with an alcohol swab and letting it dry can help them stay on better. (Not recommended for those sensitive to alcohol.)

I tried it on the acne on my cheeks and jawline. The slightly mature acne on my jawline healed quickly and effectively after applying it. The acne on my cheeks that had just started didn't clear up as quickly, but I felt the inflammation subsiding a bit! It seems to be more effective at soothing maturing acne that has passed the peak of inflammation, rather than deeply inflamed acne. And I really liked the hygienic pouch it comes in.
ConsI wouldn't recommend using it to cover up blemishes. It seems good for using at home to calm inflammation. Of course, it doesn't have an incredibly !!outstanding!! effect at reducing inflammation. But it does seem to calm things down faster and better without leaving marks, compared to not using anything.

Unlike other products that need to be stored in a plastic bag after use, there's no need for separate storage. It's well-packaged individually. The patches have very sturdy bumps!‼️ There's a slight stinging sensation, but not too much. The blemishes do subside, but not to the point of complete calming. It's more of a soothing feeling rather than a dramatic effect. The next day, I touched the blemish area and it didn't feel too prominent, as it had calmed down.🥰
ConsThe price is too expensive ㅠㅠ It comes in packs of 3 pieces, and each pack can be used 6 times in total.
TipSince there are bumps, it's a bit thicker than others. I applied it right after washing my face in the evening, before putting on skin or essence. The adhesiveness is better when applied before other products.

The needles penetrate deeply, which appears to help quickly and effectively soothe troubled areas. I got two new blemishes right after receiving these, so I used one patch, and the next day, both blemishes had subsided significantly. Other brands' pimple patches came with things like disinfecting pads and zipper bags for storage, but this one only has the patches, which I actually prefer! I don't end up wasting the extra items I don't use.
ConsIt seems like these pimple patches, including those from other brands, are not as effective for cystic acne. When I wake up after using them, the blemishes haven't really shrunk, and they still feel tender when touched. And the needles penetrating the skin deeply do cause a bit of discomfort.

This time, I was curious about the Clearty'en patch, so I applied to be a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and was selected to try it out. It contains centella extract, niacinamide, panthenol, and allantoin, which are good for skin soothing. I applied it to the inflamed acne above my eyebrows, and the next day, the patch had helped calm the inflammation. Over time, the acne turned into something that could be extracted. I also used it on the red blemishes on my cheeks, and they were significantly calmed the next day. The soothing effect is better than I expected, so I'm using this product well.
ConsThe patches come in a pack of 6, with 2 patches packaged together, which is a bit inconvenient. To use them hygienically, it's better to use 2 at a time, but I often end up using just one. It would be better if they were individually packaged.
TipSince these are needle patches, they may cause a bit of irritation depending on your skin. When I first applied them, the areas where the needles touched became very red. It seems there is some irritation due to the needles, but it subsides over time! You don't need to worry too much about it.

There was definitely a soothing feeling, but you need to use it consistently for the soothing effect. I would consider repurchasing this product.
ConsI used this product for my milia, and while I did feel like the bumps were reducing, they didn't completely disappear. Since this product needs to be replaced daily and it's a bit pricey, I found it a bit disappointing. But I did appreciate the soothing feeling it provided.
TipI pressed and held it down. I also applied it after completing my entire skincare routine!

ConsHowever, it was less effective on milia, and the visible patch made it suitable for use at home. (The yellow circle in the attached photo is the Clearteen product, and the black circle is the small version of the Haeseong* Yellow Spot product for comparison) The hygienic packaging is good, but the need to use two at a time and the resulting waste were disappointing. And the price seems quite expensive based on the regular price.
TipAt first, there was a slight stinging sensation, and I wondered which ingredient caused it, but it seems to be due to the pointed patch shape. However, it becomes fine after a little while.

At first, there was a slight stinging sensation when I applied the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, but it went away quickly and wasn't too bothersome. The patch size seems large enough to cover most pimples. I think this would be especially effective on painful pimples! It feels like it's specialized for soothing, not just absorbing the pus that comes out.
ConsAs I mentioned, it doesn't feel like it's absorbing the pus. When there's a lot of pus, it seeps through the patch and the patch falls off quickly. Also, the adhesive doesn't seem very strong. The patch is a bit thick, so if you apply makeup over it, it will be very noticeable. I'd recommend applying it before bed and not wearing it when you put on makeup. It's packaged like disposable contacts, with 2 patches per unit, so you have to use both at once. You can try to save one, but without a cover on the needle part, it feels a bit sketchy to use it later.
TipAfter popping pimples, it would be better to first use another pimple patch to help the wound heal, and then apply this one. Ideally, it's best to apply this product directly to unpopped, ripened pimples without squeezing them first.
