  Pros

  Since I have severe blemishes, I use patches almost daily. I tried these because they're said to quickly soothe with calming ingredients that reach deep into the skin. For pustular acne, I noticed a calming effect after leaving them on for about two days. While they do help soothe inflammatory acne, they don't completely resolve it. When first applied, there's a slight tingling sensation. After a few hours (I'm not sure of the exact time), I checked and found that the center of the patch, which was initially raised like a needle, had flattened out. It felt like it had melted away.

  Cons

  1. They're packaged in pairs, so you have to use both when you open one. It's a bit inconvenient to remove the patches. 2. I tend to get a lot of acne on my chin, but when applied to areas that move a lot (like the chin, around the nose and mouth), they don't adhere well and lift halfway. 3. They come off immediately when washing your face. 4. There's only one size available. I wish they had smaller sizes too.

  Tip

  They work best when left on for about two days on flat areas like the forehead.

  Pros

  It seems effective for calming blemishes. The second photo shows before application, and the fourth photo is two days after applying the patch. You can see the pimple has subsided and the red marks have faded.

  Cons

  I was surprised by a slight tingling sensation when pressing firmly to ensure good adhesion, due to the micro-needles. Also, the edges don't stick as well as the center. Most importantly, the high price means I probably won't use it often.

  Tip

  For best adhesion, apply to clean, bare skin without any other products.

  Pros

  It definitely calms down redness. My skin is in good condition right now, so it was difficult to test on large pimples or pustules. However, I could see that small blemishes subsided overnight after applying the patches.

  Cons

  The adhesion was somewhat lacking in areas with a lot of facial muscle movement. I put one patch on my forehead and one on my cheek before sleeping. The one on my forehead stayed put, but the one on my cheek had fallen off.
