But with this one, I didn't experience that issue at all. It definitely felt soothing on my skin! The micro-needle design caused a slight tingling sensation when first applied, but it was brief and not bothersome. The patches are quite large, so they should cover most blemishes easily. I think these would be especially effective on painful blemishes! Rather than just absorbing the fluid from popped pimples, these patches seem to specialize in calming the skin.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, these patches don't seem to focus on absorbing fluid. When there's a lot of discharge, it can seep through the patch and cause it to fall off quickly. Also, the adhesive doesn't seem particularly strong. The patches are a bit thick, so they might be noticeable under makeup. I'd recommend applying them before bed and removing them before applying makeup. They're packaged like disposable contact lenses, with two patches per pack. It's a bit inconvenient to use both at once. While you could save one for later, the exposed needle part without a cover makes it feel a bit unsanitary to use later.
TipIf you want to apply these after popping a blemish, it might be better to use a different patch first to help the wound heal, then apply this one afterward. However, it's probably best to avoid popping the blemish altogether and apply this product directly to the affected area.

I used this on areas with clusters of small bumps and larger blemishes where I had extracted sebum, before they became major breakouts. 🧸 Soothing effect It had a calming effect on my skin. When I applied it to areas with small clustered bumps, they disappeared by the next day. Of course, these were recent bumps, and I applied the patch after finishing my skincare routine, which likely contributed to its effectiveness. 🧸 Hygienic packaging I appreciated that the patches come in a resealable package, with pairs individually wrapped. This seems more hygienic than standard acne patches. However, being my first time, I found it a bit tricky to apply to the skin.
ConsI don't think it's suitable for use after extracting sebum. I was surprised it couldn't absorb any discharge. The Hwahae description says to apply it to problem areas, so I planned to read the instructions carefully when I received the product. However, there were no detailed instructions included, forcing me to search online for proper usage, which was disappointing.
TipIt seems to work quickly on newly formed small bumps, visibly reducing them.
