With winter making my skin dry and super sensitive, I was worried about the dead skin cells appearing around my lips. But after applying this balm, it significantly reduced the flakiness! I was a bit scared to apply it all over my face in case it caused blemishes, so I used it on the back of my hands and around my lips! The scent is a familiar unscented lip balm fragrance that didn't bother me, even though I'm sensitive to smells :) Above all, everyone... isn't the lip balm case absolutely gorgeous? When I used it while out and about, my friends kept complimenting how pretty the case is! Although it's a bit pricey, this multi-balm that considers both the environment and skin care... I definitely recommend it!
ConsThe paper packaging was fine until I accidentally pushed it up once, and no matter how much I tried, it wouldn't go back down. Eventually, the tip got all mushed up... I think this might be the biggest drawback in my opinion. When I asked my friends and considered it myself, the price does seem a bit high, which is somewhat disappointing.

I'm not usually a fan of products with illustrated containers, but this one was really pretty. In person, it looks even nicer than in the photos. I think the paper texture doesn't come across as well in photos. The size is about 6.5 cm in height. It glides on smoothly and melts into the skin with just a light touch. <The photo shows the amount that transfers when applied to the arm.> Since the container is made of paper, it's much lighter than other similar stick balm products of the same capacity. As someone who believes bags should always be as light as possible, even a small difference like this is a big advantage for me. The paper case is sturdier than I expected, so I haven't experienced any major inconvenience so far. In addition to caring about the environment, I really dislike the amount of plastic waste, so the paper container is a big plus for me. It's not too heavy to use as a lip balm. It's a great product to carry around and reapply as needed. I've also used it on dry areas of my body, and the wide diameter makes it easy to swipe on quickly. The texture isn't too sticky either, so it doesn't leave residue on other things I touch. The portability is great too, as I can instantly apply it whenever I feel dryness. Personally, I've found it more satisfying to use as a body product than a lip balm. The scent is reminiscent of oil. It seems to be the natural fragrance of the ingredients. It's not particularly fragrant, but considering this is a product meant for use on dry, irritated skin, the lack of added fragrance is probably a good choice. The skin is likely to be sensitive in those situations.
ConsWhen I push out too much product, it can make a bit of noise as I push it back down into the container. But with regular use, I've learned to apply it with a lighter touch, so that doesn't happen as much. The stick itself doesn't get crumbly either.
TipI was curious about the differences between this product and the company's other offering, Maeilbam. From what I found, the main difference is that the Pyeonhan Bam version is a bit thicker and creamier in application, providing slightly better moisturization.

I have extremely dry skin, so no matter how well I do my skincare routine, it always gets dry after a while. In winter, a multi-balm was essential for me. This one applies smoothly and doesn't seem too sensitive to temperature changes, which is great. It's not overly thick when applied, which I love. Most multi-balms I've tried before melt too easily with body heat, becoming excessively greasy and not absorbing well, leaving a surface layer. But the Comfortable Balm applies thinly. There's a slight oily feeling at first, but it absorbs quickly, leaving skin soft and supple. Other products felt like they were just putting oil on top of the skin, but this one feels like it's deeply hydrating. I'm extremely satisfied and using it happily.
ConsSince the case is made of paper, areas with friction tend to get smudged or worn down with use. Still, it feels good to be doing something for the environment, even if it's small. The paper case provides a great grip, but it's a bit disappointing to see it getting smudged. At first, I didn't know how to dispense the product, but after fiddling with it, I realized you need to press the bottom to make the contents come up. It's a really clever and fun idea. However, the problem is that it's quite inconvenient to push it back in. You can't use the cap to push it down, and using your hands feels unhygienic. If they could add a pull tab at the bottom, it would be amazing. I'm currently using a string attached with glue as a handle, which works well. If this aspect could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect.
TipWhen your makeup starts to separate, gently apply the Comfortable Balm following your skin texture. At first, it might look like your makeup is pilling or becoming more noticeable, but don't worry! It's not ruined. From that state, use a makeup sponge to pat and blend it in, and you'll achieve a truly flawless complexion. This is a real game-changer. Now, don't be upset when your makeup starts to separate while you're out. Just touch up with the Comfortable Balm!

Its small size makes it great for carrying around, and it seems to contain a generous amount for its compact packaging. When the weather suddenly turned cold, I applied a thin layer on my face followed by sunscreen. My skin felt hydrated all day long!
ConsUsage: It's not a twist-up type, but one where you need to press with your finger to dispense the product. If you can't control the pressure, too much might come out, making it difficult to put back. The texture isn't firm, but rather a slightly solidified soft formula that can get mushy. This is just my personal experience. Scent: I was expecting it to be fragrance-free since it's a vegan multi-balm, which I would have liked. However, it has a slight chemical or factory-like smell, which was a bit disappointing. I wish it had a herbal or cica scent instead.
TipTo prevent it from getting mushy, I stored it in a cool place and used it by gently pressing to dispense, then closing the lid. For those planning to use it on their face, I'd recommend it only for very dry skin types. For combination or oily skin, it might cause makeup to slide off or prevent other skincare products from absorbing well. Applying it generously on the lips before bed results in plump, smooth lips the next morning, allowing lipstick or tint to apply beautifully. It truly lives up to its 'multi-balm' name, seeming more suited for lips than face. Highly recommended for those with dry lips!

It's the ideal size to carry around and apply anywhere! The packaging itself is eye-catching with its cute whale design, which is quite pretty! Being vegan is another big plus! This is my first time trying a multi-balm after using my mom's, and it feels like solidified Vaseline! It's great for moisturizing chapped areas like cheeks, forehead, or lips! The scent was close to unscented, but I had a stuffy nose, so I'm not entirely sure.
ConsNo blemishes appeared, which is good! The downside is that you have to push from the bottom for the product to come out. Not realizing it wasn't retracting, I pushed it up... oops! When I tried to push it back down from the top, it got quite smashed. I wish they'd change the packaging to a twist-up design.
TipUse it whenever you feel dry, whether it's before bed or any other time!

I was hesitant at first because I remembered using a multi-balm before that was too oily and ended up abandoned after one use. But this one wasn't sticky at all! It's the ultimate eco-friendly packaging - I don't think you can get more environmentally conscious than this!
ConsBecause of the eco-friendly packaging, it can be a bit stiff when pushing up the product or closing the lid due to the paper material. The lid can even get a bit crumpled when closing, so those who are impatient might find it challenging.
TipTrue to its multi-balm nature, you can use it anywhere and everywhere! Just remember to be gentle when pressing the bottom.
