I always choose a brightening moisturizer type of sunscreen. When I use a sunscreen that evens skin tone, it feels like it refines my complexion, so I even apply it on bare skin. First off, I love that it's a sun cushion, so I can carry just one product and apply it without getting my hands messy. The cushion format allows for a thin application, which I think is its biggest advantage. It also contains cica ingredients, which makes my skin feel like it can breathe better. The texture is perfect for use during windy days in the current season.
ConsWhile the thin application is an advantage, it might not be ideal for applying generously in the height of summer. However, I do recommend it for touch-ups on the go.

It does a great job as a sunscreen. While it's not particularly moisturizing, it doesn't dry out the skin either.
ConsThe puff tends to attract dust-like particles easily. I was worried about hygiene because so much dust stuck to it. When I used a puff from another product, it didn't attract as much dust. It seems the puff itself is the type that easily attracts dust and doesn't let it go easily. Apart from the puff issue, it seems like a good product.
TipIf you try to apply too much at first, it might clump when you put it on your skin. It's better to apply it to your skin in appropriate amounts.

If you didn't tell me, I wouldn't even know it's mineral sunscreen - the absorption is that good. It spreads thinly and evenly without any patchiness. Even when I'm wearing it at home, my skin doesn't feel dry or greasy, just perfectly moisturized like I've applied a great base. It's especially great for the neck area - usually sunscreen there can transfer onto clothes, but with this cushion, I can easily apply it precisely along the visible areas. It has a cooling effect too, and thanks to the centella extract, my skin looks radiant.
ConsIt would be great if they could keep selling refills, which they don't currently offer. Also, changing the refill can be a bit tricky.
TipThey also have a mini version available, which I carry in my handbag. When I'm worried about sun protection, I do a foundation-free makeup look by first applying a layer of chemical sunscreen, then following up with either a mineral sunscreen or this cushion. I pat on more of the cushion throughout the day, so I don't have to worry about UV damage.

However, this product feels more hydrating than my previous one, which I really appreciate.
ConsI can't really find any downsides to mention. If it continues to work well for me, I'll definitely repurchase.

It creates a uniform and pretty brightening effect, so when I apply foundation or cushion after skincare and this pact, everything goes on more evenly and looks gorgeous. There's no pilling with the base, and this pact is just moisturizing enough to reduce the flakiness of dry winter skin! It also has a cooling effect that feels refreshing when applied.
ConsThere aren't any! Honestly, there's nothing bad. If I absolutely had to pick something, maybe that dust tends to stick to the puff..?
TipFor those with noticeable skin redness, using this instead of sunscreen can be great for evening out your complexion and reducing redness all at once.

It applies thinly without pilling over skincare products, and seems to provide some coverage for redness. The best part is how it leaves the skin feeling pleasantly matte after application. Longevity: Even after a full day out, it doesn't significantly break down or leave the skin feeling dry.
ConsTexture: Being new to sun compacts, I'm not sure if this is typical, but I expected it to be similar to regular compacts. When I tapped it firmly, the product sank in deeply. Also, it doesn't pick up evenly on the puff, making it a bit challenging to control the amount.
TipMake sure to apply your skincare products thoroughly before using this!

It's perfect for my skin that's prone to redness and dry cheeks. The cooling cica water soothes my cheeks and reduces redness - it's amazing how you can feel the temperature difference between the treated and untreated areas! If you prefer mineral sunscreens, this is a must-try. While great year-round, it'll really shine in summer! When applied properly, it provides a brightening effect without drying out the skin. The pine scent gives a refreshing feel, and the texture is a unique blend between solid and liquid.
ConsYou need to be careful with the pressure when applying, as it's possible to dig into the product. It's also important to control the amount you use, especially when first applying.
TipThis product will be especially great for summer. While it's moisturizing on its own, if you use it over a thorough skincare routine, you can maintain a naturally flawless and hydrated look all day long.

I was initially concerned about dryness since it's my first time using this type of cushion formula, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it melted into my skin when I applied it with the cushion puff. It's amazingly hydrating! For best results, I found that gently gliding it on works better than patting it in. It applies evenly and feels great. It's perfect as a base before makeup - it's gentle, smooth, and moisturizing. It provides a thin layer with a slight tone correction, making it ideal as a base. The makeup doesn't pill, and it's fantastic for my extremely dry skin. When used alone, it sets on the skin with a hydrating feel, gradually finishing with a soft, blurred effect. Highly recommended!
ConsThe only slight downside is that it tends to attract a bit of dust. However, as someone with sensitive and extremely dry skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or dryness.
TipApply by gently gliding it on with a relaxed hand, rather than patting it in.

It's a sun compact in balm form, so I thought it might be less moisturizing, but after using it, I found it's not too drying and actually quite nice! It has a slight green tint that helps neutralize redness and provides some color correction. It's perfect for quick touch-ups when you're heading out. I honestly can't find any drawbacks to this product. Even the sponge seems well-designed to match the formula.
ConsGiven its formula, it's a bit vulnerable to dust. Be careful not to let dust get into it when using, otherwise you might end up with a disaster of dust sticking to your face!
TipThis is great for those who find full makeup too much but want a bit of complexion evening! I loved how easy it was to just apply this over my skincare, add some lip color, and head out.

It applies smoothly with a high moisture content and cooling effect, providing a soothing sensation for skin with heat sensitivity. The cooling effect lasts surprisingly long, making it perfect for summer use. In my experience, mineral sunscreens can often be drying and cause the next base layer to flake, but this product is wonderfully moisturizing without any such issues. It naturally brightens the complexion by one shade without being overwhelming, making it suitable even for a bare-faced look. Applying it with a puff instead of fingers prevents it from settling into pores, ensures better adherence, and creates a perfect canvas for subsequent makeup layers.
ConsWhile there are no drawbacks in terms of formulation, if I had to mention something, it's that it seems to run out faster than regular sunscreens, which might be a concern from a cost-effectiveness standpoint.
TipFor best results, evenly distribute the product on the puff, then apply it to your skin using pressing motions. Finish by gently patting it in. This method ensures better adherence, preventing any pilling with subsequent makeup application.
