I liked how it evened out my skin tone just right. It didn't look too floaty on my skin, but gave a nice, subtle brightening effect. Unfortunately, it caused blemishes and I had an allergic reaction. The previous pink Make P:rem sunscreen I used was fine, but I wonder if they changed the ingredients after the renewal. It's disappointing when a product you previously enjoyed doesn't work as well after reformulation. It provides a nice brightening effect and has excellent absorption as a mineral sunscreen, making it pleasant to use. I've been using this sunscreen for a year now, and I'm not exaggerating when I say my makeup hasn't looked cakey since I switched to it! It adheres to the skin perfectly and works well with all cushion foundations. Ah, it's truly the best base... I'll keep repurchasing it until I discover another amazing product! There's nothing really bad about it. The only thing is that those looking for a dramatic brightening effect might not be fully satisfied. It provides a subtle, moisturizing pink tone-up that's perfect as a base. When you pat it on, it feels even more hydrating. The sunscreen makes your fingertips gleam after application. Even though I have oily skin, I love how it balances oil and moisture so well.

However, when I noticed this Frem sunscreen contained calamine, I decided to give it a try - and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Probably due to the calamine content, it can be quite irritating if applied too close to the eyes. It really stings! I'm not exaggerating when I say I've gone through about 5 bottles of this. There's absolutely no darkening effect, and the staying power is incredible. If you have dry skin, this might be uncomfortable. It applies smoothly with a moisturizing feel, but over time it becomes powdery, which might be great for those with oily skin! The ingredients are good, and it provides a nice brightening effect. However, as someone with combination dehydrated skin, I noticed that when I layer foundation on top, it tends to dry out and look patchy after a while. For those with dry skin, it's not ideal as a makeup base! It starts to separate and look uneven as time passes. This product seems to work better for oily skin types, offering a nice balance between hydration and oil control. The initial application is pleasant, and it helps even out the complexion. However, its long-term wear might be challenging for those with drier skin types, especially when used under foundation. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was on the hunt for a sunscreen that could double as a foundation. I had three main criteria: ✔️ A product without that rich feeling ✔️ Mineral sunscreen ✔️ Something that evens skin tone After searching based on these conditions, I decided to give this a try. ✔️ Texture When applying, it feels like a serum, and after it dries, there's a slight powdery sensation. However, based on other reviews, it's not quite as matte as a no-sebum sunscreen. I'd say it finishes with more of a hydrated feel. ✔️ Mineral sunscreen I chose a mineral sunscreen thinking it would be less irritating to my skin since it doesn't involve chemical reactions. So far, I've been using it without any major blemishes. ✔️ Brightening effect I used to use Aestura's brightening sunscreen, and this one provides just as noticeable of an evening effect on my complexion. Since I chose this as a foundation-free option, I'm quite satisfied. The very first day I used it, my face felt itchy for a few hours. While it didn't cause any blemishes, it seems like there might be an adjustment period needed. For summer, you'll probably want to pair it with a powder for a completely matte finish.

First off, I felt a nice cooling sensation when I applied it! The brightening effect is super natural and lovely... It's not like it makes you ghostly white, but rather gives that "This is my skin! I've always had this rosy glow~" kind of vibe. You know how sometimes when you rub sunscreen, you get that pilling effect? Well, there's none of that here! I'm satisfied that even with cushion foundation on top, you can still see the brightening effect. Pros: · Natural brightening (with a pink undertone to boot) · Lightweight feel (lets your pores breathe, I tell you) · Smooth, easy-to-apply texture However, if there's one issue...hmm After application, rather than feeling like it's fully absorbed, there's a bit of... residual oiliness? That's the sensation I got. It doesn't leave a powdery finish. You could say it's moisturizing, but it's that feeling where you worry it might transfer onto your clothes. But no worries, a touch of powder makes it absolutely perfect! Cons: · Personally, I felt it left a slightly oily residue
