It just gives my face a bright, radiant look. When I apply it and then add a fluffy powder blush, it looks really pretty. Puff: The puff is plump and on the larger side, which makes application feel nice. Texture: The particles are so fine... I can see why it's called 'airy powder'. When I rub it between my fingers, the surface feels similar to that He* airy primer with the built-in brush (just the surface texture). Longevity: When I apply cushion foundation and set it with this powder, it controls oil well! My skin definitely gets less oily. Convenience: The mirror, puff, and case are all sturdy, making it super portable. It's not loose powder, so no worries about it spilling in your bag! No irritation: I have sensitive skin, but I experienced no irritation when applying or removing this. No breakouts appeared, and my skin didn't feel that typical heavy, suffocating feeling!
ConsSettling into wrinkles, emphasizing dead skin cells: When I apply foundation and then use the included puff to apply the powder, it tends to settle a bit after about 4 hours. This might be more noticeable for me since I have some peach fuzz, visible pores, and oily skin, but it tends to gather in smile lines and dimple areas, emphasizing dead skin cells and wrinkles. When applied heavily, it can get stuck between pores and in fine lines, making foundation and powder look messy together. As someone with visible pores, this is a significant drawback. However, if you use a brush to apply it lightly instead of the puff, it controls oil without building up too much, which greatly reduces this issue! It's really between 4 and 5 stars, maybe 4.5? I'd recommend it as a portable tone-correcting powder to carry around!
TipI recommend using a brush to apply it if possible! As oil builds up, reapplying can make the color look a bit off, and the mixture of oil and powder on your skin can actually make it look messier. So, I suggest using a brush to lightly apply it as a finishing touch after your makeup. For touch-ups, use oil blotting paper to remove excess oil before applying powder. This powder would likely blend seamlessly without clumping if used with light base makeup, sunscreen, BB cream, or brightening moisturizer! It seems like a great powder for a foundation-free look!

Compared to another brand my sister recommended, this one feels noticeably smoother and softer. Despite its fine texture, I haven't experienced any increase in blemishes or skin irritation, even with my usual double cleansing routine using milk and foam cleansers. The finish is wonderfully matte and clean-looking. Scent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As someone who's not a fan of fragranced products, I found this one quite pleasant. The scent is very subtle, making it suitable even for those with sensitive noses. Complexion Enhancement ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I naturally have a darker skin tone with some scarring and texture. Previously, using just cushion foundation or regular powder left me looking dull, with a grayish cast even after makeup. The lavender color in this powder definitely adds life to my complexion and helps camouflage those problem areas.
ConsIf you have oily skin or tend to sweat, you might need to reapply more frequently. (I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and U-zone, usually needing oil blotting sheets twice by lunchtime. With this powder, I found reapplying once at lunch and once in the afternoon worked well.) While the puff is soft and plush, there's a bit of powder clumping, and it seems to get dirty rather quickly.
TipHighly recommended for those with dull or dark skin tones! Just a note: I'm not a fan of glitter or highlighter, but when applied generously around the eyes, it gives off a subtle shimmer effect.

The fine particles allow for a thin application, which feels comfortable and not heavy on the skin. 2. When applied, it has a subtle purple tint that gives the complexion a brighter look. 3. The design is pretty and clean, showcasing the product's features well. (Referring to the 3rd photo - I appreciated the thoughtful packaging with an inner paper box protecting the compact inside the outer packaging, giving a sense of sturdy protection.)
Cons1. Due to the fine powder, using a brush or a thinner, denser puff than the included one results in better color payoff and less clumping when applied to the face. 2. When using the included puff, I had to tap it into the powder multiple times, and even after tapping off excess, it was difficult to apply evenly. 3. When applied over blemish scars, there was some visible powder clumping.
TipBefore applying lipstick, use a cushion to blur the lip line, then apply this purple powder to brighten and eliminate dullness around the mouth area. After touch-ups, lightly dust a bit of this powder on the area between the eyebrows and around the nose for a brightening effect.

I worry about my skin looking flaky or cakey, which sometimes keeps me from using them. But when I tried this one, I could really feel how it lives up to its 'airy powder' name! It adheres to the skin in an incredibly thin layer. It's perfect for targeting just the areas that need it, while still allowing your natural glow to shine through. It's so subtle, you can barely tell it's there! At first, I gently applied it with a brush, and I was surprised by how seamlessly it blended. Then, using a puff, I pressed it onto areas that needed more setting, and the finish was fantastic. I chose the cool-toned light purple shade, and I was a bit worried it might look too white, but it was perfect! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, which was a nice bonus. But I'm even happier that the product itself is so satisfying!
ConsBeing a powder, if you apply it carelessly, you might end up with some clumping. It's not a product that you can feel 'setting' on your skin or see the powder visibly applying. After using it for a few days without any issues of clumping or caking, I tried applying it more heavily around my eyes. Later, I noticed some slight buildup in that area. It's not a major issue though - with moderate application, you shouldn't have any problems!
TipMy application method is to use a brush for an overall light dusting, then use a puff to press the powder onto areas that need more setting. The powder is light enough that you could use a puff from the start if you prefer, but I find starting with a brush works best for me.
