  I was drawn to try this product due to its affordable price and attractive packaging. The texture feels quite rich and thick when applied, and it doesn't leave a particularly fresh finish. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I find it a bit heavy. However, the visual appeal is undeniable - it has this beautiful buttery appearance that's truly pleasing to look at while applying.

  Cons

  While the product looks appealing, it causes an immediate burning sensation upon application. The overall feeling is one of intense tingling and discomfort. I'm used to some sensitivity with brightening products, but this one feels exceptionally irritating. It's so harsh that even my eyes sting. I bought it because it was cheap, but aside from its pretty appearance, everything else about it is disappointing. Personally, I'd recommend avoiding all of Skinfood's Food Masks. Among them, the rice and lemon varieties are particularly irritating for me. The rich finish seems to trigger blemishes, and I'm skeptical about its brightening effects. In my opinion, this is definitely one to skip.

  Pros

  I've been using this for over two months now. I bought it along with the Shine Muscat one. The texture feels delightfully bouncy when you apply it, almost like butter. It has a lovely lemon dill butter scent that puts you in a good mood - it's almost like you're indulging in a delicious treat! It's like having a fun food-inspired mask session. While I'm not sure about repurchasing, I think it's worth having for daily care. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and nourished. However, I can't say I've noticed any extraordinary effects.

  Cons

  The dill leaves, which seem to act as an exfoliant, can be a bit irritating. Also, it doesn't rinse off easily, so you need to be thorough when washing it off. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints.

  Tip

  Make sure to rinse thoroughly and follow up with your skincare routine. Since it can be a bit harsh, it might be good to apply a soothing product afterwards. I also enjoyed blending it with other ingredients for a mask - it seems to combine well with other products!

  Pros

  The scent and how it absorbs seem nice. That's about all I can say positively.

  Cons

  I'm seriously upset. After applying this, my face started burning intensely within 3 minutes, so I immediately washed it off. My skin turned all red, and I had to use sheet masks and modeling masks to barely manage the redness. It's incredibly irritating. I strongly advise against using this product.
