It evens out my skin tone while giving a natural and clean look!!!
ConsNothing really, except the price seems to be creeping up a bit... But overall, I'm mostly satisfied!!

I've received many compliments on how lovely my complexion looks.
ConsIn summer, it feels too rich and oily, so I'll need to switch to a more matte foundation.

I've tried both regular and brightening moisturizer sunscreens from Cell Fusion C, which are quite popular, but I wasn't particularly impressed with how they felt on my skin. However, this new brightening moisturizer sunbase is a game-changer! It applies as smoothly and lightly as a basic emulsion or hydrating cream. What's more, it doesn't dry out or cake up over time, but naturally brightens your complexion. It makes your skin look clean and beautiful. With high SPF and PA ratings, you don't have to worry about sun damage. I think this might be the best sunscreen and base I've ever used. It's definitely worth spending your own money on!
ConsIf your main goal is to dramatically brighten your skin tone, you might find this product slightly disappointing. The brightening effect is subtle and natural rather than giving you that stark, porcelain-like finish. So if you're after a more dramatic effect, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, it seems to develop a slight oiliness as time passes. The scent... well, it smells a bit like dish soap. However, the fragrance isn't overpowering, so it shouldn't be a major issue during use.
TipIf you already have good skin, this product alone should be enough to give you that coveted 'honey skin' look. Alternatively, you could apply this sunbase and then lightly dab concealer or cushion foundation only on areas that need extra coverage, like blemishes or pores. This approach will make your skin look amazing!

The emulsion texture is not heavy and feels moisturizing! 2. The pink base gives a healthy glow to pale skin, which I loved. 3. It brightens the complexion beautifully, perfect for a foundation-free look! 4. True to its sunscreen nature, the SPF50+, PA++++ ensures excellent UV protection, which I appreciated the most.
ConsAreas for improvement: 1. As my skin is super sensitive, I experienced some minor blemishes. (I have sensitive skin and usually only use baby sunscreen without foundation.) 2. While it's great for evening skin tone, the coverage is a bit light.
TipPro tips: 1. For a flawless look, apply the CELL FUSION C Water-Fit Tone-Up Base all over, then use concealer on areas needing extra coverage. 2. This product is ideal for those who lack natural color in their skin or are often told they look pale! 3. If you've found layering sunscreen and foundation too heavy, this product could be your perfect solution!

As a busy professional with a hectic morning routine, I prefer a quick and simple skincare regimen. I have dry, fair skin with visible freckles and blemishes. Usually, I just use a brightening moisturizer with SPF and cushion foundation. However, this spring, I noticed my skin feeling less dry and stuffy compared to winter. After years of using the same sunscreen, I've finally found a lightweight base product that evens my skin tone. True to its 'Water Fit' name, it's wonderfully hydrating. I apply it after cleansing and moisturizing (or using a certain popular cream), and I love how it doesn't pill or float on the skin, but adheres beautifully. While its coverage is light - less than my usual brightening moisturizer - it works wonders when paired with cushion foundation. I think I'll use this year-round. Throughout the testing period, I only changed my base product (keeping the same skincare and cushion), and my skin's dryness improved significantly.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, don't expect high coverage. It's a bit weak to be called a brightening moisturizer or base on its own. It might not be enough if you're looking for significant tone correction. However, this means it doesn't feel heavy or cakey on the skin.
TipFor best results, apply the base first, then gently pat on a cushion foundation mixed with a bit of liquid foundation. It creates a perfect balance - not too much, not too little.

With its water-like consistency, it glides on smoothly and effortlessly. I love how quickly I can apply it all over my face before heading to school. My complexion is around shade 20, and I appreciate how it naturally evens my skin tone. Not only does it brighten, but it also adds a glow that makes my skin look even better! It's absolutely fantastic. ++One month update Oh, it's really amazing... truly. When I apply makeup over this, there's no darkening, and I can maintain a soft, radiant look all day long... I love it so much. The brightening effect seems to help conceal blemishes too... My mom tried it once and liked that she doesn't need to use powder foundation with this, so she took it... I'm off to buy another one right away~~~
ConsIt's slightly sticky, but not enough to be bothersome! And it doesn't provide coverage (it's a sunscreen after all~) ++One month update It can be a bit drying.

Skin Correction - It has a salmon-colored formula. While it doesn't excel at brightening or skin correction, its tone-evening ability as a sunscreen is quite satisfactory. It offers light coverage for minor blemishes and gives an overall natural, slightly white cast effect. Among the brightening moisturizers with SPF I've tried, this one gives the most natural-looking finish. 2. Application - Unlike many brightening moisturizers that can be quite thick, this product lives up to its name with the best absorption I've experienced. It's easy to control the amount, preventing over-application or excessive brightening. 3. Hydration - Compared to other stiff brightening moisturizers that can feel dry even on my oily skin, this one is remarkably fluid and hydrating. However, it's not moisturizing enough for dry skin types. It's perfect for oily skin during milder seasons like late spring or fall.
Cons1. Eye Irritation - When first applied, the skin around my eyes feels very irritated. It's not a cooling sensation, but rather a stinging feeling. While the rest of my face is fine, the eye area is particularly sensitive. The irritation only occurs upon initial application and subsides shortly after. This could be due to my individual skin characteristics, but the stinging is more intense than expected. Those with sensitive skin around the eyes should exercise caution.
TipThis product is perfect for students or for quick, casual outings. I love using it when heading to class. However, as it's a brightening product, double cleansing is a must.

Even though my entire face tends to have a lot of redness, this product evened out my skin tone while giving a noticeable brightening effect. As it's a water-fit formula, it felt more hydrating compared to similar brightening moisturizers with SPF. That's a big plus!
ConsIf you have prominent pores, be cautious about the ingredients. It tends to settle slightly into pores.

It felt just right when applied after basic skincare and before sunscreen. (For combination dehydrated skin) + The absorbs well when patted with a puff after applying to the face. ▫Brightening effect: Visibly evens skin tone. I've tried many brightening moisturizers before, but they often left my skin feeling heavy or looking too made-up. This one brightens the complexion naturally without being excessive. ▫The scent is mild and not bothersome. ▫It doesn't clog pores.
Cons▫️ The coverage is too light to use on its own. (Depending on your skin condition, a concealer was necessary when using it alone.) ▫️It's a bit inconvenient to store the product standing up on its cap.
TipWhile not exactly a pro tip, since it moderately brightens the complexion, I apply this as a sun base, then just use concealer for extra coverage before heading out! + Adding a small amount of powder makes it comfortably matte without being too dry.

I was thrilled to see a new product release! Comparing it to the Cell Fusion C sunscreen I've been using, the Tone-up Sun Base Water Fit has a slightly pinker tone and a slimmer container opening, which keeps it cleaner during use. It gives a subtle pink tone-up effect, making my complexion look brighter. The finish is natural and hydrating, making it perfect for my daily makeup routine! On mornings when I have a bit more time before work, I'll use concealer on my dark circles and lip discoloration, then lightly powder my forehead and sides of my nose. This allows me to look a bit more 'human' at the office. I'm really pleased that it doesn't darken throughout the day and feels lightweight on the skin. Since I have thin skin that doesn't suit heavy makeup, Cell Fusion C's tone-up sun cream provides a natural, watery finish. It offers more coverage than bare skin, but doesn't scream 'I'm wearing makeup!' It makes my skin look naturally beautiful, which I love.
ConsSo far, I haven't found any downsides! I'm satisfied because it feels similar to the product I was already using and enjoying.
