I've had many failed purchases, but luckily I got to try this one through The Hwahae Testers. ✔️Absorbs well It applies smoothly without feeling thick or heavy! It feels like putting on a moisturizing sunscreen, which is great. It absorbs well whether you pat it in or spread it like your regular skincare. ✔️Glow and hydration Despite being a brightening moisturizer, it lives up to its 'Water Fit' name by providing a nice glow and hydration. Many sunscreens tend to emphasize dead skin cells, but this one doesn't. That's why it's perfect for dry skin types when applying makeup!
ConsThe brightening effect is very subtle. It slightly brightens and evens out the complexion, making it great for quick outings. However, there might be an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin, as my cheeks and forehead became very itchy. I tried it three times, and each time it caused itching, so I can't continue using it. Still, if the ingredients work well for you, even those with extremely dry skin might find it suitable.

Skin Correction - It has a salmon-colored formula. While it doesn't excel at brightening or skin correction, its tone-evening ability as a sunscreen is quite satisfactory. It offers light coverage for minor blemishes and gives an overall natural, slightly white cast effect. Among the brightening moisturizers with SPF I've tried, this one gives the most natural-looking finish. 2. Application - Unlike many brightening moisturizers that can be quite thick, this product lives up to its name with the best absorption I've experienced. It's easy to control the amount, preventing over-application or excessive brightening. 3. Hydration - Compared to other stiff brightening moisturizers that can feel dry even on my oily skin, this one is remarkably fluid and hydrating. However, it's not moisturizing enough for dry skin types. It's perfect for oily skin during milder seasons like late spring or fall.
Cons1. Eye Irritation - When first applied, the skin around my eyes feels very irritated. It's not a cooling sensation, but rather a stinging feeling. While the rest of my face is fine, the eye area is particularly sensitive. The irritation only occurs upon initial application and subsides shortly after. This could be due to my individual skin characteristics, but the stinging is more intense than expected. Those with sensitive skin around the eyes should exercise caution.
TipThis product is perfect for students or for quick, casual outings. I love using it when heading to class. However, as it's a brightening product, double cleansing is a must.

I usually do a foundation-free makeup look with just a brightening moisturizer sunscreen. I absolutely loved using Cellfusion C's Toning Sunscreen and Sun Cushion. For those of you reading this review, you might be curious about the difference between a toning sunscreen and a tone-up sun base, just like I was. While the original toning sunscreen had a very light pink paint-like color and texture, this new tone-up base is more pink and has an essence-like texture that applies incredibly smoothly. The toning sunscreen would brighten your complexion and give a powdery finish, perfect for a foundation-free look. On the other hand, the tone-up sun base feels more like it evens skin tone rather than brightening. It leaves a slightly dewy finish with a hint of glow, making it ideal as a base for makeup. After all, you don't want a sunscreen that's too brightening when you're going to apply makeup, right? I tried it under makeup for an outing, and it made my skin look so healthy and radiant... it's absolutely beautiful! The name 'sun base' truly fits this product perfectly.
ConsWith the changing seasons, my skin has become more sensitive. When I use only organic chemical sunscreens with a moisturizing formula, I experience some stinging and itching. Since this product is a hybrid sunscreen, I did feel a slight itchiness as time passed. Those with sensitive skin who react to moisturizing sunscreens might want to keep this in mind. Also, for me, a huge advantage of moisturizing sunscreens is that I can apply them quickly without a mirror and they won't clump. However, with this product, I noticed it left some visible application marks. They do disappear if you pat it in with a cushion puff, but it was a bit of a drawback.
TipAfter applying the sun base, make sure to do a 'light' base makeup... The way it enhances your complexion, skin texture, and glow is so beautiful that I'll definitely be reaching for it when doing my makeup.
