Normally I have flushing and a feeling of heat, so I bought a cooling pad and it was great that there was enough essence. It's good to use before makeup to reduce the feeling of heat, and I think it will be more useful in the summer. Hwahae👍🏾

When your face feels very hot, using a pad doesn't actually lower the heat, but rather the pad absorbs the heat, making the pad itself warm. However, this pad instantly cools down the heat! Since your skin becomes cool, using it before makeup application helps the base absorb well. The essence is also incredibly moisturizing, and the slightly thicker pad texture keeps the moisture for a very long time.

As soon as I apply it to my skin, it feels really refreshing. There is so much essence that it feels completely damp, and it does a great job of replenishing moisture.
Cons
As someone with oily skin, the essence didn't absorb well for me :( While it had a cooling effect, I didn't really feel any calming or soothing benefits. It was a bit of a disappointment.

Pros
The fact that it contains PHA ingredients, which allows for effective exfoliation, was really great. The pad has a different texture on each side, so it can be used as a mask as well as a cleansing pad. When using it as a mask, applying it to the face and letting it dry while drying your hair works well. The essence amount is really generous, so it doesn't dry out the skin even when left on the face while drying your hair. When using it as a cleansing pad, simply take out one sheet and wipe your face with the gauze-like material. It does an excellent job of exfoliating while also replenishing moisture. I felt it was really effective at soothing. I had been having a lot of breakouts around my chin area from switching skincare products, but when I applied the pad cut in half to that area, the irritation was quickly calmed. Even after extractions, applying this pad helped to soothe the skin. Since it's made from centella, it contains cica which is great for its soothing properties. I felt more of a warming sensation rather than a cooling one. When I had the pad applied to my face while drying my hair, I could really feel a warming sensation around the pad area.
Cons
I felt the cooling sensation was weaker than I had expected. When I applied it as a mask, I got a warming sensation, but even after touching my face, the temperature didn't seem to have lowered much. It could be because I tend to run hot. But I'm not sure if it actually lowered the skin temperature as much as I had hoped.
Tip
Storing it in the refrigerator before use can help maximize the benefits of exfoliation, soothing, and temperature-lowering all in one. I'd recommend using it as a nighttime skincare step rather than in the morning.

I bought this new cooling pad from Cellufusion because I thought it would be great to use in the summer. The ingredients are gentle. It has a lot of essence in it. When you apply it to your skin, there's a cooling sensation haha It's great to use in the summer to soothe heat flare-ups^^

Pros
Hands down, this was the best toner pad I've ever used in terms of cooling sensation. It has a tweezer, so it's hygienic. When I used other toners, my skin felt too rough and actually got worse, but this one is truly smooth. It may look a bit coarse, but when you apply it to your face, it's completely smooth. It's thin but adheres really well, so I left it on while blow-drying my hair and it didn't fall off. The toner inside is generously filled, so each pad is soaked with a good amount of toner. When you peel it off after a toner pack, it leaves your skin incredibly moisturized and nice. I didn't get any breakouts either. The scent is a bit like grass? It might be divisive, but it's not so bad that you can't use it. I don't think I could survive the summer without this. Out of all the Hwahae Trial Reviewer products I received, this is the one I'm most satisfied with. I plan to repurchase this once I finish the bottle.

The pads are a bit thin, so picking them up one by one is a little difficult... There is a tweezer, but the material is just too thin, though that's why the adhesion is so good. The toner seeped a bit into the corners of my mouth, and it tasted unpleasant... Ugh... But honestly, that was my own fault for getting the toner in my mouth, so I don't have any real complaints.
