The cooling is really amazing. At first, when I applied it, I was like "Huh.. is this really cooling?" and wondered if I should put it in the fridge to use it. But 5 seconds later, I could feel the cooling sensation, and after about 30 seconds, it got quite cold. Haha. It also seems to have a good calming effect.
