The cooling is really amazing. At first, when I applied it, I was like "Huh.. is this really cooling?" and wondered if I should put it in the fridge to use it. But 5 seconds later, I could feel the cooling sensation, and after about 30 seconds, it got quite cold. Haha. It also seems to have a good calming effect. It's been really helpful when organizing my skin. Although I'm still in the early stages of using it, it seems to be really good at soothing my irritated, flushed skin caused by heat.
Cons
There really isn't anything. If I had to pick one, it would be that it feels a bit chilly around the eyes... But as long as you don't apply it directly next to the eyes, it's not really a downside.
