There's really nothing disappointing about it.

The smell is slightly not recommended. It's not bad, but it's cheap.

Retinol content is low, so it can be applied comfortably.
After the basic finishing step, apply powder thinly when doing makeup.
Recently it has been clumping a bit, so the combination with powder does not seem ideal.

There are no regrets. According to my standards, it is a product that I have been using consistently without any irritation, even when applied on damaged skin.

In the morning, before applying makeup, it absorbs well without slipping.
If you absorb it well, your skin will have a slightly velvety feel.
There is no stickiness and the formula itself is not heavy, so I am satisfied!

Retinol (no matter how low the concentration) may be fine when first used, but if you notice your face becoming reddened the next day, it's best to take a break for a day or two before applying it again. It's a great ingredient, but since it can be irritating, applying it daily until peeling occurs doesn't seem advisable.

Due to the thick and sticky texture, I ended up using it unintentionally too much, and the next day my face turned red. Even I should have rested a bit during those times, but since I was applying it daily, the skin turnover accelerated, and flaky skin started to form around my mouth area. The reason I do not recommend it is because of the thick and sticky texture, which leads to unintentional overuse.

Since it was 500IU retinol, I thought the concentration would not be burdensome, so I used it. I only used it in the evenings, and the spreadability was a bit sticky, so I ended up applying more than I intended. Due to the stickiness, the absorption also seems a bit slow. I think it would be recommended for oily skin types.

Apply only at night, and gradually increase the amount after a small-scale test.

The application and absorption are good, and it doesn't feel heavy (individual results may vary).

Except for the fragrance, this is a perfect product for beginners with retinol 🩷. I really liked it a lot.
