The light pink shade of the powder itself is a major plus, as it brightens up dull complexions overall, giving you that radiant look! Being a baked powder, it's less drying than regular powder products and has significantly less excess. It sits incredibly thin on the skin, which I absolutely love. It truly allows for that soft-focus, 'cloud-like' makeup look! As for Ameli's packaging, it goes without saying, but I adore how simple and pretty it is. Its compact size fits perfectly in your hand, making it super convenient for on-the-go touch-ups.
ConsI had a hunch the included puff wouldn't be great based on reviews, and sure enough, it tends to cake up the product when applied. Considering you can't store the puff in the case and its durability seems questionable, it doesn't seem particularly necessary.
TipWhile using a brush to apply powder is quite common, for this particular powder, I highly recommend using a brush. It allows for an even thinner and more uniform application, giving you that flawless finish.

This product's standout features are its color correction and fine pearl particles. The powder is incredibly fine-milled. During my recent university finals week, I was too lazy for a full face of makeup and just used sunscreen with powder. This product worked wonderfully. It naturally evens skin tone, and for a powder, it's not drying. Even after hours of wear, I didn't experience any deep dryness. However, I wouldn't consider it a full-setting powder. My usual go-to is the Banila Co Primer Powder, which is really drying. It keeps makeup in place all day on oily areas like the T-zone, but emphasizes dead skin cells around drier areas like the eyes and nose. The Ameli product isn't as drying, providing a more natural-looking finish. I loved how it didn't emphasize flakiness or cause dryness over time. Plus, the packaging is so compact and pretty - totally my style!
ConsThe included puff applies the product too heavily. Using a brush gives a more even and beautiful application.
TipIt's best to apply with a brush.

It's perfect for highlighting and gives a natural, radiant glow that seems to seep into the skin. When caught in lighting or sunlight, the subtle pink beam creates an elegant effect. The color is a beautiful blend between pink and light purple. Unfortunately, photos don't do it justice - I tried to capture it in a video but couldn't upload it here.
ConsThe puff that comes with Ameli is a bit disappointing. When applying with the puff, it tends to create a slightly cakey finish.
TipFor best results, use this as a highlighter rather than on its own.

It has a subtle purple tint. Surprisingly, this helps to make the complexion look brighter and clearer. The shimmer is very fine and not excessive. As time passes, it allows just the right amount of natural oils to come through, maintaining a radiant look without making the skin tone appear dull. I love its compact design, making it perfect to carry when going out. It fits well even in small bags!
ConsFrom my experience with the beige powder from the same brand, I noticed that being a baked powder, there are some cracks around the edges. After using it for several days, I've observed similar small cracks forming around the edges of this one too. There's also some excess powder that tends to fly off. Surprisingly, the puff tends to accumulate oil quickly. It would be nice if they included an extra one.
TipTo avoid clumping, it's best to buff it in well at first, then adjust the amount by patting with your palm or fingertips. I recommend buying the 5-piece puff set available on Ameli's official website for convenience. The brush is just okay.

It's not an aggressive 'Look at me, I'm pink!' effect, but rather a subtle, healthy glow that evens out your skin tone. As a slightly moisturizing powder, it didn't leave my dry skin feeling parched at all. Even as time passed, there was no creasing or cracking around the nose, nor any patchy areas. With its color payoff, lack of powder fallout, and hydrating properties, I especially recommend this for those with dry skin!
ConsI don't recommend the puff that comes with it. It tends to make the product clump up, which is why I can't endorse it. You're better off patting it on with the same technique you'd use for foundation or sunscreen.
TipSince it's a moisturizing powder, apply it lightly to avoid clumping if you're layering it on thickly. Just a casual, light sweep will give you that subtle, brightening effect that evens out your skin tone!
