My skin was in terrible condition until I had the chance to try this product for two weeks. Let me share my experience! The scent is pure tea tree - familiar territory for those of us battling blemishes! I'm used to it, so it didn't bother me at all. The texture was described as 'gelato-like', so I expected something runnier. Surprisingly, it was quite firm! My dermatologist advised against prolonged rubbing to avoid further drying out the skin. I used it about three times a week, and on makeup-free weekends, I'd leave it on like a mask for a bit. Amazingly, it lathered well and left my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed! The most incredible part? In just two weeks of use, I didn't experience any major breakouts. People even started noticing the improvement in my complexion and asked what I was using! (That's how bad it was before...) For those with dry, sensitive skin like mine, I absolutely wouldn't recommend daily use. However, since I started using this product, my breakouts have significantly decreased! I'll definitely be repurchasing.
ConsI'm not sure if it's just my tube, but the product separated at the bottom. That's the only issue though - I think the price is quite reasonable!

It has a subtle tea tree scent that's not overpowering, which I really like! 2. Since it's also a mask, my skin feels incredibly hydrated after cleansing, with no deep dryness at all! (I'm using it more as a moisturizing cleansing balm that effectively removes dead skin cells rather than as a mask!) 3. When I scoop it out with the spoon, it seems quite thick, but once I apply it to my face, it spreads smoothly and has a pleasantly rich texture that absorbs well. I'm very satisfied!
Cons1. As many people have mentioned, the packaging could be improved. Having to unscrew the lid and use a spoon is a bit inconvenient. There's no designated spot for the spoon, so it's easy to misplace. I wonder why they didn't opt for a tube format, which would eliminate the need for a spoon entirely and be much more user-friendly. 2. The small granules in the product might be slightly irritating for those with super sensitive skin! (However, this is somewhat unavoidable with scrub products, and compared to others, it's not particularly harsh, so I think it's okay!)
TipAlthough this is a cleansing product, I recommend doing a light first cleanse before using it! It doesn't remove eye makeup very effectively.

The tea tree scent is quite strong, and you can feel the tea tree capsules in the product. It wasn't particularly irritating to my skin. There's a slightly oily sensation, but it doesn't leave any residue. The texture is thick, similar to a cleansing balm. It contains capsules and small particles, but it's not as abrasive as a scrub. When used as a mask, I didn't particularly notice a strong cooling effect or sensation of reducing heat on the skin. It cleanses well, except for removing eyeliner and mascara.
ConsThe cooling effect wasn't as noticeable as I expected, and I'm not sure if it significantly reduced my whiteheads.

It has a very wholesome aroma that really lifted my mood! The fragrance is reminiscent of a mild mint toothpaste - a subtle, refreshing scent that I found quite pleasant. The texture is similar to a cleansing balm, but with small granules mixed in. What's interesting is that when you add water and massage it, it transforms into a foam-like consistency, much like a cleansing foam! It produces a generous amount of lather, comparable to a regular cleansing foam, which suggests good cleansing effectiveness. I appreciate that the small particles in the balm seem to provide gentle exfoliation. This means you don't have to worry about separately addressing dead skin cells, which is a nice bonus.
ConsThere are more of these tiny granules than I expected, so if you have super sensitive skin, frequent use might potentially cause some irritation.
TipIn my experience, it seems to cleanse well and offer some exfoliation benefits. I've been using it every 2-3 days or on days when I've worn heavy makeup or touched up frequently, as part of my skin care routine.

Scent: It has a tea tree aroma! It feels more like an herbal scent rather than a refreshing one. I don't think it will be too polarizing. Consistency: It's closer to a cleansing balm texture rather than being thick and chewy like gelato!
ConsApplication: Due to the scrub particles, it can be irritating if you massage it for too long like other cleansing products. Packaging: It's not convenient to store the spatula.

It produces a rich, abundant lather. 2. A little goes a long way, so it'll last for ages. 3. As a tea tree scent lover, I'm all for it! 4. It comes with a spatula.
Cons1. While they provide a spatula, it's tricky to store and might end up tossed after a few uses. I wish it came in a squeeze tube with a wide nozzle instead of a jar - that would be so much more convenient. 2. Even after rinsing it off as a mask, it felt like I still had cleansing foam on my face. 3. It might be a bit harsh for daily use on sensitive, acne-prone skin. I'd recommend it more as a special care treatment!
TipThe scrub effect leaves your skin feeling refreshed. Follow up with a sheet mask or modeling mask, and your skin will drink it right up! Using a bubble net to create ample foam helps reduce irritation during cleansing.

This product can be used as both a mask and a cleanser in one. It comes in a jar and needs to be applied with a spatula, which might be a bit inconvenient for daily cleansing. With tea tree as the main ingredient, it has a refreshing tea tree scent that makes you feel like it's cleaning more effectively. It has small particles that can help with dead skin cell removal when gently massaged during cleansing. Containing AHA, BHA, PHA, and LHA, it seems great for oily skin types dealing with excess sebum, dead skin cells, and oiliness. I liked that it didn't leave my skin feeling too dry after rinsing, but maintained a nice level of hydration.
ConsThe jar packaging makes application a bit cumbersome. However, if you're using it once or twice a week for maintenance, it should be fine. Those with super sensitive skin should use caution as it may cause irritation!

Interestingly, it lathers up well when mixed with water. What a unique formula! The scent isn't overpowering either - it has a fresh, healthy aroma that's quite pleasant.
ConsPerhaps due to my sensitive skin, I experienced blemishes after use. These weren't pustular acne, but rather hard, swollen bumps. When I stopped using it, the blemishes subsided, confirming that this new pack cleanser was likely the cause.
TipIt seems crucial to accurately assess your skin type for healthy use of this product.

I found it convenient as I didn't need to use a separate exfoliator. The granules in it allow for effective management of dead skin cells, and I didn't feel any irritation. It has a tea tree scent. After use, there's no squeaky clean feeling or slipperiness typical of slightly acidic products - just a fresh sensation. It's non-irritating. I didn't experience any blemishes after using it.
ConsAfter two weeks of use, I didn't notice any significant effects. It feels a bit pricey for the amount you get.

Scent: It has a tea tree smell, which surprised me at first, but I quickly got used to it. The more I smell it, the more refreshing it becomes. Cleansing effectiveness: Since it also functions as a cleanser, I tried using it after my cleansing water. As you can see in the photo, it removed makeup well. There was a tiny bit of waterproof eyeliner left, but considering this is the first cleansing step, it does a great job. I find myself using it often when removing makeup. Texture: It spreads smoothly on the face using the included spatula. There are small particles inside that dissolve as you keep rolling. The texture feels creamy and gives an impression of being gentle. Post-cleansing: Surprisingly, there's no deep dryness after washing, and instead, my skin feels smooth with a protective layer-like sensation. Blemishes & dead skin cells care: Having oily skin, I sometimes get blemishes, but I've noticed fewer breakouts since using this product. Best of all, it eliminated the grime-like buildup on my cheeks that was stressing me out. It's a great product that works as both a mask and cleanser.
ConsThe jar packaging might be a concern in humid summer bathrooms, as water can collect inside and it takes time to dry. I leave the lid open, but worry about dust getting in. I wonder if a tube format might be more suitable.
