I used it for 3 days but had to stop due to some minor blemishes appearing. Looking at the formula, I thought it would suit my skin well. The absorption was good, and there was no strange smell. It felt fine when applying, but it just didn't agree with my skin. There was a feeling of pilling? It seemed to leave a white cast, making it difficult to use when going out. I continued using it thinking it was just that, but on the third day, blemishes appeared. Suddenly, small pimples popped up. I guess it's not compatible with my skin. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinApr 11, 2025
This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. Let's get one thing straight - this product isn't just a brightening moisturizer, it's a full-on cream! While some reviews mention it's a bit rich for a brightening moisturizer, I actually found it slightly drying compared to my usual cream. You can layer it on for better results, and once it's fully absorbed, it leaves a slight blurring effect with a touch of matteness. Right after application and even the next morning, my skin definitely looks improved. Like other reviewers mentioned, it gives that fresh, radiant look right after cleansing. I was quite satisfied with the immediate results! However... after using it for a few days, I experienced quite a few blemishes, even considering the high pollution levels during that time. It seems this product just doesn't agree with my skin. Rather than a few large pimples, I noticed blemishes all over my face. I might give it another try when my skin is in top condition... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2025
Usage period: 5 days (evening skincare) Application order: Toner - Hydrating serum - Aloe gel - Moisturizer - Forphose Real Bifida Blur Cream (T-zone only) 1. Pore effect While no noticeable changes were apparent after 5 days, I could feel a reduction in oiliness where applied. Consistent use might yield more visible results. 2. Texture It applies more thinly than a cream and absorbs quickly. After application, it feels like a thin layer forms, slightly blurring the appearance of pores. 3. Value for money The price is reasonable for a pore-focused product. The 50ml size is perfect for me as I only apply it to specific areas. With cosmetics having expiration dates, larger sizes of products used sparingly often go to waste. 4. Brightening Though I'm not sure if it's a benefit, on the first day when I applied it all over my face, it noticeably brightened my complexion, similar to a brightening moisturizer. Given its whitening properties, consistent use might show good results. 1. Dryness It can be drying when used alone, so apply it only to problem areas after moisturizer! 2. Blemishes Possibly due to the drying effect, I experienced 1-2 blemishes. Using it after moisturizer seemed to help. Not recommended for use before makeup! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 8, 2025
The scent is fresh and not polarizing at all! It seems to have a cooling effect too - feels refreshing when applying. You could go out saying 'I'm bare-faced' and people would believe you, that's how natural it looks! Don't expect too much from its brightening effects though. Think of it as enhancing your natural skin tone by one shade - it's that subtle and perfect for faking a bare face look. The absorption is great too, just make sure to spread it evenly! At first, I thought it was too rich for my oily skin, but the oiliness dissipates over time. It does leave a bit of stickiness though - you can hear a slight tacky sound if you touch your hand after applying. It's somewhere between dewy and sticky? Still, knowing it's a sleeping brightening moisturizer gives me a sense of security. Haven't used it for long, but I feel like consistent use will show good results! I applied this right after my skincare routine and went out, but within an hour, blemishes popped up on my chin and cheeks! I was shocked because my skin isn't usually sensitive and rarely reacts to new products. The blemishes were swollen and irritating, making me hyper-aware of the cream on my face - it suddenly felt so heavy. I'm not sure if it was just a bad skin day... I tried it again before writing this review and those tiny, bumpy blemishes appeared again. I can't say for certain, but it seems my skin doesn't agree with this product. Aside from not suiting my skin type, it seems like a decent brightening moisturizer! Remember, my skin's reaction is separate from the product's quality. Objectively, the product itself is fine :) I'm just disappointed it didn't work for me. They say layering this after your skincare routine enhances its effectiveness. Maybe using a beauty device would help it absorb even better? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2025
It absorbs well, and as recommended, I'm layering it with small amounts. The absorption rate is hard to judge as the formula seems to sit on the surface a bit. It feels slightly oily when applied, but after a while, I don't particularly notice any rich feeling. While I haven't seen dramatic effects on my pores, I'm continuing to use it consistently to finish the bottle. Despite having sensitive skin that doesn't usually break out easily, I noticed 3-4 blemishes appearing right after using this product. However, hoping it might still have some benefits for my pores, I'm continuing to use it while applying Acne-n cream.
