Rinses off easily with water.
ConsThe pump dispenses too little product at a time, which is frustrating. For cleansing products, it's best to use a generous amount for massage, but with this one you have to pump multiple times. Unlike oil or balm cleansers that can be used alone, this product requires double cleansing.

Now I understand why they recommend milk cleansers for sensitive skin... it's truly mild. I have combination-oily skin (leaning towards slightly oily), and I tried it alone on days when I only wore sunscreen. It effectively removed the excess oil from my face. While some oily-skinned people avoid milk cleansers because they don't feel clean enough, I just felt moisturized - probably because I'm only slightly oily. 2. Cleansing Power Since I usually wear light makeup, the milk cleanser alone was sufficient. When I tested it with heavier makeup, it did remove everything, but eye makeup required more effort. For eye makeup, using a dedicated remover is definitely better. 3. Scent I'm very sensitive to fragrances. If a product's scent is unpleasant, I won't use it regardless of its effectiveness or price. This product's scent isn't particularly divisive - it's not great, but it's not off-putting either. It's just a neutral cosmetic scent with no distinctive characteristics. 4. After Use No blemishes appeared. No redness developed. Using this product didn't negatively impact my skin in any way.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, this is my first time using a milk cleanser, so I have no basis for comparison. Despite this, I found several disappointing aspects: 1. Frustrating Pump I'm not sure if it's just me, but for a cleanser (not even an emulsion), the amount dispensed per pump is frustratingly small. It would be so much more convenient if it came out generously with just one or two pumps. My bottle also seems hard to press down. I find myself repeatedly pressing the container. It's really annoying. 2. Unclear Benefits As mentioned above, while this product didn't irritate my skin, I didn't notice any of the advertised effects like sebum control, barrier strengthening, or soothing. To be fair, expecting such effects from a cleanser might be unrealistic. 3. Gentle, But... The product is extremely gentle on the skin, but it stings my eyes terribly. Do not use this to remove eye makeup. I tried it on my eyes because it was so mild on my skin, but it felt like getting pencil lead in my eyes. Stick to eye makeup remover for your eyes. 4. Value for Money Considering its effects, I'm not sure it's worth it. There seem to be better options out there. I received this as a free Hwahae Tester product, but after trying it, I wouldn't buy it with my own money. The size is also smaller than expected. You're probably better off buying a well-known brand.
TipAs I mentioned earlier, don't use this to remove eye makeup. It's best used for gently removing light face makeup. Also, it might be suitable for those times when your regular cleansing foam isn't enough to remove mineral sunscreen or light makeup, but using an oil, balm, or water-based cleanser feels too harsh or excessive. It's a good option for gentle cleansing in those situations.
