Texture After cleansing with this milk cleanser, my skin feels perfectly moisturized without any sticky residue or over-drying. It doesn't leave a slippery film or strip my skin due to excessive cleansing power. 2. Cleansing Effectiveness This product alone effectively removes Kissmee mascara and foundation. It works hard! 3. Skin Irritation Personally, I didn't experience any irritation. Despite containing PHA, a gentle exfoliating ingredient, I didn't feel any tingling sensation even with continued use. I'll update after using it more! 4. Emulsification I usually roll the milk cleanser over my entire face once, then emulsify with water. The process is smooth and gentle, which I really appreciate.
Cons1. Unique Scent To me, it smells like a drink called 'Sol's Eye'. If you enjoy cool, herbal scents, you might like it. The fragrance isn't overpowering or unpleasant, just something to keep in mind. 2. Slightly Pricey Compared to Other Products It's a bit expensive for its volume compared to similar products. 3. Slightly Thick Texture Requires Multiple Pumps You need to pump it 3-4 times for enough product to cover your whole face comfortably. However, this means you might go through it quickly. Apart from these three points, I don't have any other concerns!

You might need a separate lip and eye remover. ✓ It emulsifies well. ✓ It seems suitable for both dry and oily skin types. ✓ After emulsifying, there isn't much residue left, but I preferred finishing with a foam cleanser for a cleaner feel. ✓ Using 3-4 pumps each time made it easy to roll without irritating the skin! ✓ It contains panthenol and cica ingredients that are said to soothe the skin and help repair the skin barrier, but I didn't notice a significant difference.
ConsDespite not having fragrance listed in the ingredients, it has a strong herbal scent that might be polarizing.

I loved how it's not oily and absorbs lightly without feeling heavy. The finish is particularly nice - creamy yet clean, leaving a moisturized feeling even after use. I was satisfied that there was no residue left even when rinsing with lukewarm water alone. Cleansing effectiveness: It removes sunscreen, foundation, and eyeliner well. While one application might not be enough for waterproof products, it's sufficient for regular makeup. If you typically wear sunscreen and foundation, this product alone should be enough. However, for intense makeup like dark mascara, you might need to use an additional cleansing oil or remover. Hydration: Even after cleansing, the skin doesn't feel dry and retains a slightly moisturized feeling. My skin tends to get very tight, but with this product, there was minimal tightness after washing, so I didn't need to rush to apply a moisturizer! Reaction to blemishes: As someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced almost no irritation. I sometimes get breakouts when using cleansing oils, but this product didn't cause any such issues, which I really appreciated. It effectively removed sebum while keeping my skin comfortable.
ConsScent: The fragrance might be a bit divisive. It's not artificial, but there's a somewhat strong herbal scent(?). Personally, I found it slightly bothersome, so those sensitive to fragrances might want to keep this in mind.
TipI always use this on days when I wear heavy makeup. It's an excellent daily cleanser with good cleansing effectiveness without being oily. Especially since it doesn't dry out the skin after cleansing, I think it will work well even in winter!

It's great for removing daily makeup thoroughly! Texture: The consistency is slightly more emulsion-like and richer than a cleansing milk! Scent: It has a strong pine-like scent typical of cica products. Those who dislike pine scents might not be able to use it, but I found it okay!
ConsDrawbacks: The volume is quite small! I wish the scent was a bit milder!
TipI highly recommend this to those who've experienced blemishes from residue left by cleansing milks!

The texture is fascinating - it's like an emulsion. While it doesn't leave absolutely zero residue like typical cleansing milks, it still feels clean. I originally used cleansing oils for their cleansing power and ability to remove sebum. This product has decent cleansing effectiveness, but doesn't tackle sebum, so you might need separate care for that. I was surprised by how well it cleanses for a gentle cleansing milk. Since I always use sunscreen and long-lasting foundation, I follow up with a cleansing foam anyway, so this level of cleansing power is satisfactory for me.
ConsHowever, to cleanse well without irritation, you need to use more product than expected. It feels a bit wasteful, and I don't think it's the most cost-effective option. Especially now that budget-friendly drugstore cosmetics are improving, it's disappointing that this product doesn't offer better value for money.

I was a bit worried at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. Its soft emulsion texture feels great on the skin without any stickiness. I also appreciated that it had almost no scent, as far as I can remember. You might think milk or oil-based cleansers would feel greasy, but when I massaged it onto my dry skin and rinsed with water, it left no residue and felt like it cleansed thoroughly. Even though it contains exfoliating ingredients, it didn't cause any tingling or irritation. The formula is gentle enough to use morning or night without any issues.
ConsI didn't notice any significant reduction in oiliness or skin-soothing effects, so I just used it without much excitement. Its cleansing effectiveness doesn't seem particularly outstanding, so I don't think it would be sufficient on its own for daily use, especially for removing makeup or sunscreen completely. I've been using it only for light cleansing.
TipApply it to dry skin, massage it in, then gradually add water as you cleanse. I found that using it on wet skin didn't clean as effectively.

I've mostly used foam cleansers in the past, but this was my first time trying a milk cleanser, and the experience is fantastic! To be honest, at first, I was skeptical about the texture - it's like a rich emulsion that you'd typically use for moisturizing. When I applied it to my bare face, I thought, 'What's this all about?' It felt unfamiliar, and I was worried it might leave a slippery residue like cleansing oils often do. But I was completely wrong! 1. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving any residue, but it's not harsh or stripping (perfect for those who dislike that slippery feeling on their face!) 2. Its cleansing power is definitely on par with foam cleansers, if not better (When I used to cleanse with my previous foam cleanser and then wipe my face with a pad, there would still be some makeup residue. With this cleansing milk, while I can't say there's absolutely none, there's significantly less residue compared to foam cleansers. It's practically negligible.) 3. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel dry at all - instead, it feels hydrated (This is what I love most about it! Most foam cleansers don't necessarily leave my skin parched, but they don't leave it feeling moisturized either - it's like all the oil and moisture have been stripped away. With this product, my skin feels like it's retained its hydration.)
ConsThe only downside is that it has that distinctive cica scent, which might be a hit or miss for those who are sensitive to fragrances.
TipIt's perfect for when you want a thorough cleanse that doesn't strip your skin of moisture, especially during the dry winter months!

It definitely feels lighter than a cleansing oil. Being mildly acidic, it leaves skin feeling fresh without any residue! (I felt this would be more appreciated by combination dehydrated skin rather than dry skin types!) ✓ Skin Sensitivity I was a bit concerned since it contains PHA, but even after using it for 3 consecutive days, I didn't experience any significant redness or dryness from skin barrier damage! ✓ Makeup Removal Effectiveness It's quite effective at cleansing compared to regular low pH cleansing emulsions! It removed most light makeup during the emulsification process. However, it's best to use a separate eye makeup remover for eye makeup. In tests, it effectively removed cushion foundation, eyeshadow, and liquid eyeliner, but some pencil eyeliner remained even after rinsing. ✓ Packaging Design I liked the clean design that doesn't clash with bathroom decor.
Cons✓ Scent Personally, I found the fragrance quite disappointing! It would be so much better if it had a relaxing scent during cleansing... ✓ Volume & Price Compared to popular cleansing emulsions from other brands, the price seems a bit high for the amount you get.
TipNote: With cleansing emulsions, the product tends to dry out as you massage it, losing moisture. This product is no exception, so it's best to apply a generous amount. Also, try to complete the emulsification process quickly to minimize skin irritation.

The texture is thick like a paste, but doesn't run, making it effortless to apply to the face. The application feels incredibly smooth, creating a pleasant experience. Oil and Moisture Balance: I realized that even cleansers can have an excellent oil-moisture balance. While it has a rich feel, the moisturizing effect isn't solely from oils. It has just enough oiliness for cleansing without leaving any residue. There was absolutely no tight feeling after cleansing. I have a skin type prone to developing small bumps due to sebum if I don't manage hydration well, so I appreciated that this cleanser considers moisture levels from the cleansing stage. Cleansing Effectiveness and Irritation: With my combination dehydrated skin, improper cleansing can lead to many small blemishes. I chose this cleansing milk as my first cleanser in a double cleanse routine to reduce skin irritation. It cleanses thoroughly without feeling heavy, and amazingly, causes zero irritation to the skin. I'm 100% going to repurchase this!
ConsPumping: Perhaps due to its texture, pumping can be a bit challenging. When pumping continuously, there's a noticeable difference in volume between the first and last pump. Price: The regular price seems a bit high for the amount you get... I'll have to stock up during sales!
TipBeing a cleansing milk, I feel slightly uneasy using it alone for full makeup removal... I usually follow up with a cleansing foam as a second step.

It's thick and creamy For a cleansing milk, it's quite rich, which actually made it easier to use. I pump it directly onto my face, and I love that it stays put without dripping. The consistency gives a substantial feel when massaging it on the skin. It creates a nice cushion between your fingers and face, making it feel gentle and non-irritating. 2. Rinses clean without residue Personally, I'm not a fan of cleansing oils due to the residue they often leave. This product, however, leaves my skin feeling fresh after rinsing. There's no oily or sticky feeling, which makes my skin feel comfortable. 3. Doesn't dry out quickly My previous cleansing milk would absorb too quickly, even when I used a lot. It made thorough massaging difficult as my skin would dry out, causing friction. This product, thanks to its higher viscosity, doesn't dry out rapidly, allowing for a more thorough cleanse.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, the scent was quite strong during the first use. Rather than an artificial fragrance, it had a distinct smell similar to Physiogel cream, followed by an herbal scent reminiscent of cica. However, the scent didn't linger after rinsing!
