Scent: The fragrance reminded me of tea tree with a fresh, herbal aroma. Feel on skin: After cleansing, my skin felt wonderfully hydrated. Cleansing effectiveness: While it didn't remove mascara in one go, it did an excellent job at removing base makeup. Even without targeting my pores specifically, it seemed to cleanse them thoroughly of any foundation residue!
ConsAs someone who usually prefers that squeaky-clean feeling, I found the moisturizing finish a bit too rich for my liking. I felt the need to follow up with a second cleanse.

Luckily, I won a chance to try it as part of The Hwahae Testers, and I'm so satisfied that I think I'll be sticking with cleansing milk from now on! First off, the texture is perfectly emulsion-like. Unlike oils or waters that tend to run and feel uncomfortable, this product doesn't have that issue, which I really appreciate. I usually wear heavy makeup and always do a double cleanse, which makes it hard to maintain my skin barrier. I've been relying on barrier creams, but this product contains barrier-repairing ingredients, making it even more suitable for people like me! I was particularly worried about its cleansing effectiveness, but it turns out it's sufficient for removing base makeup (I use a separate remover for eye makeup). I found that I didn't even need to do a second cleanse. The finish is moisturizing and not drying at all, which I love! As for sebum removal, while it may not visibly remove blackheads, it does an excellent job of clearing out the finer, unoxidized sebum. When I use it on newly formed sebum in the morning, my nose becomes smooth, and my makeup applies better! If you're looking for a gentle, low-irritation cleanser with good cleansing power, especially for sensitive skin, I would wholeheartedly recommend this product!
ConsThose who are used to that squeaky-clean feeling after cleansing might find this product a bit unfamiliar, as it leaves a slight moisturizing film on the skin!
TipThe key to using cleansing milk effectively is to use a generous amount! If you use too little, there won't be enough product to properly massage, which could potentially irritate the skin. Make sure to dispense a sufficient amount for the best results.

Here's what I love about this product: 1. It's incredibly mild and gentle. Sometimes when I use oil-based or pad-type cleansing waters, they remove makeup well but can feel irritating. This product, however, is extremely mild and gentle - I didn't experience any irritation at all. 2. It's hydrating. It definitely leaves the skin more moisturized than typical cleansing waters, which is a big plus for dry skin in fall and winter! 3. Pleasant scent True to its 'Pantesica' name, it has a subtle, pleasant herbal fragrance that puts me in a good mood.
ConsSince my T-zone is oily, I usually prefer products that leave it feeling squeaky clean. This product feels very hydrating and gentle, so it didn't give me that intense cleansing sensation I'm used to. However, it would be perfect for days when you've only applied sunscreen, haven't worn heavy makeup, or when your skin is feeling super sensitive.

Gentle on the skin - For dry skin types, it's said that cleansing milk is better than cleansing oil. I usually felt that cleansing oils were a bit irritating and drying, but this cleansing milk applies smoothly on bare skin and leaves it feeling moisturized without much tightness after washing. - No blemishes appeared either. - It worked well for morning cleansing. 2. Non-irritating scent - I personally found the scent to be almost non-existent, making it easy to use. (There might be a very slight medicinal, stuffy smell...?) 3. Cleansing effectiveness - I haven't been wearing much makeup lately, so I'll need to use it more to be sure, but it seems to remove basic makeup well. However, for mascara or waterproof products, double cleansing might be necessary. On days with heavier makeup, using this alone might not feel thorough enough? - On days when I only wear sunscreen, this should be sufficient on its own.
Cons1. After-feel - Rather than feeling squeaky clean after washing, it leaves a moisturized and smooth sensation. Those who prefer the former might question if it's cleaning thoroughly enough. - This is likely a matter of personal preference!
