I had applied for a free mask pack trial, but it got sent to the wrong place, which upset me a bit. The delivery person's rudeness didn't help either. However, the seller personally reached out, sent extra mask packs, and even included a hair essence to try. I wasn't sure what to do with it at first, but now I'm leaving this review and planning to purchase the essence too. The essence is absolutely perfect - no inconveniences whatsoever. After finishing other products and trying this one, I emptied a bottle of my usual product. But when I went back to my old product after using this, the comparison made it impossible to use. My hair instantly becomes silky smooth, with no stickiness or clumping. The scent is like vanilla? A sweet, soft fragrance. I really liked it and kept thinking about it. Even though it's not cheap for a hair essence (I'm usually all about value for money), I'm ordering it because of the gratitude I feel and how satisfied I am with the product. There's nothing bad... everything was good. If I had to nitpick, maybe the scent? The non-sticky formula isn't too heavy, so I felt comfortable applying multiple pumps. As someone who loves fragrances but has sensitive skin, I often struggle to use products with strong scents. My hair ends were super dry, so I bought this after seeing many positive reviews. It lived up to the hype - I felt the difference as soon as I used it. The coconut scent is sweet, and the product is a clear liquid with a nice weight to it. It made blow-drying easier and styling a breeze. Most importantly, I definitely noticed a reduction in dryness. It's lightweight without any stickiness! Perfect for summer use. The lingering scent keeps coming back to me, making me think of it even now. The volume is small, so it runs out too quickly. With the hot weather lately, I was looking for a product that's as light and non-sticky as possible, and I'm glad I found this. It doesn't leave residue on your hands, so you don't need to wipe them after applying. It's definitely less sticky than others. What I love most is the scent - it reminds me a bit of Mo** hair oil. While considering what to buy next, I was lucky enough to win this product in an event! The main difference, as advertised, is that it's not sticky and easy to use. While Silk Therapy is similar to regular sticky hair oils, the Baek Ah Won African Hair Oil can be used easily without stickiness, and you don't even need to wash your hands after applying! My usual routine was hair oil - blow dry - more oil - blow dry again, which always left my hairdryer incredibly sticky by the end. But with this product, I don't have to worry about that anymore. Other hair oils are so sticky that you have to apply them section by section, which can be inconvenient on busy mornings. However, with the non-sticky Baek Ah Won product, I can easily apply it after my morning swim, even in a crowded locker room, before heading home. I apply it once at the beginning of blow-drying, then again when my hair is about 60% dry, and it even revives my perm curls - I'm extremely satisfied! I thought a non-sticky product might dry out my hair quickly, but I had no such worries. It's been great to use. The only downside is that it seems to run out quite quickly! Since it flows like water when pumped, it has a lower density than traditional oils, so you might end up using more. But since I received it as a gift, I'm using it generously without holding back! I always kept this product in my bag for convenience when going to the pool. However, I often felt unsure if the cap was properly closed, which made me anxious. Sure enough, it leaked slightly in my bag. I tried to tighten it by turning the cap, but I'm not sure if it's defective or if the locking mechanism is just loose, it never felt completely secure. Since it's an oil, once it leaks, it's hard to clean up completely and leaves a residue. I think the locking mechanism could use some improvement. Baek Ah Won African Hair Oil - Apply when hair is about 60% dry - Use again - For better hold, use a coin-sized amount of curl cream to maintain permed hair!

As a result, my scalp and hair are constantly dry and brittle.
