When I first used it, I was like 'What is this?!' The tingling sensation was new to me, so I was surprised and looked it up. Turns out it was normal. It was stimulating my enlarged pores. As I continued using it, the tingling gradually disappeared. I guess that means my pores have gotten smaller! There's nothing I dislike about it. In fact, it makes me want to use it even more. I discovered this product through The Hwahae Testers. I've tried various other products like Lidl's Shot, but this one stands out as it doesn't irritate my skin and has even reduced redness. Wow! I applied it to my face and gently pressed it in with my fingertips. It had a slight tingling sensation. It felt like getting a toning treatment at the dermatologist's office. Thinking it might be penetrating deep into my pores and wrinkles, I continued to massage it in. To my surprise, it absorbed quickly without any stickiness. It's not exactly budget-friendly, so using it regularly might be a bit of a strain on the wallet. After applying the Exosome Ruby Spshot, I waited a bit and then used a cool, refreshing moisturizer that I keep in the fridge. This helped to calm my skin and tighten the pores. At dermatology clinics, they always follow heat treatments or toning with a cooling pack to bring down the skin temperature. Sadly, there's nothing good to say... I wish I could, but I'm at a loss for words. Adding to my previous review... I desperately wish I could turn back time to before I used this product. The consequences of my headache are truly devastating. My skin hasn't recovered, and tiny blemishes keep appearing. Half of my forehead has darkened so much that even high-coverage makeup can't conceal the dark patches. I've cried a few times looking in the mirror, feeling so depressed about it. After my skin changed like this, I kept hoping it was temporary. I've tried various cleansers, serums, and creams, searching for something that works. Sometimes I think I see a slight improvement, but it quickly fades, and the issues spread to other parts of my face. My skin was never like this before using this product... I even used the 100ml Real Derma Shot before without any problems! I've deleted my previous photos and replaced them with one taken right when I received the package and a recent photo of my forehead. Though the lighting is different, both are definitely my forehead. --- Previous review: Even as a student, I never had acne. Suddenly, small bumps started appearing on my forehead, one by one, until it was covered in tiny blemishes. Now they're spreading to both cheeks too. I'm so shocked and upset. The small bumps on my forehead keep spreading... It might not look that bad to others, but I've never had skin issues like this before, so for me, it's serious. I didn't think I had particularly sensitive skin since I could use most products without issues. To those considering this product, please be very careful. You can really feel the high concentration of spicules. While there's some tingling, the skin-regenerating ingredients prevented any irritation. It's on the pricey side. It would be great if they offered a 2-week course with 8 sticks. This product seems to have an immediate, visible effect! As soon as you apply it, you can see your skin start to glow and plump up. It's noticeable just by looking, and you can feel the difference when you touch your skin. It's definitely a high-concentration formula, which might cause a bit of irritation, but the results are so apparent that I'm absolutely thrilled with it! When I layer it in the order of toner, serum, ampoule, and cream, my skin feels as smooth as a peeled egg. It works hard to give that Inner Glow! The price is a bit... steep. Also, those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. It can be a bit drying, so you really need to pay extra attention to hydration! I recommend this for its powerful effects, despite the potential for irritation. After using this product, make sure to focus even more on moisturizing. I got to try this product after winning an event, but two weeks is a short time, so... I can't say for sure about its effectiveness yet. Maybe because I have sensitive skin, it stings when I apply it and even when something lightly touches my face. It's not a particularly pleasant feeling, and I get startled by the tingling sensation that lasts for a while. I wish they'd make the individual doses smaller and increase the number of applications instead. The instructions say to use the entire contents of one packet at once, but it seems a bit too much for a single use. To be honest, I ended up using it twice.
