You can really feel it deeply hydrating your skin.
ConsI wish the packaging was a bit prettier. The consistency is quite thin, so it tends to run easily.
TipThe product seems to have great absorption and provides intense moisture without leaving a sticky residue. However, the packaging design could be improved, and the thin texture might make application a bit messy.

It's light and fluid, gliding on like water, but still provides excellent hydration. The generous size means it'll last a long time too.
ConsThere weren't many downsides, but when used as an exfoliating toner, it tends to run off, making multiple applications a bit tricky.

I initially thought it was a toner with some viscosity, but it's actually a completely watery toner. As someone with oily skin, I actually preferred this. Now that we're at the tail end of winter and warmer seasons are approaching, a watery toner feels more refreshing than a thicker one.
ConsSince it's a water-based toner, it can easily drip through your fingers when trying to apply it by hand. Compared to my previous toner, I feel like I'm getting a few more small blemishes.
TipI've been applying toner with my hands instead of cotton pads for quite a while now, and I highly recommend this method! It seems less irritating and much more beneficial for the skin than using exfoliating toners.

ConsIt's quite watery, so it tends to drip if applied directly, and seems to absorb slowly.

ConsThis toner has a watery, lightweight texture, but the hydration doesn't last long. It didn't work well for me in winter. I'm afraid it might be challenging for those with dry skin types

I apply it with my hands in the morning and use it again in the evening. Keeping it in the fridge gives a cool sensation that seems to make my skin look better. I'm sharing it with my kids, and they love it too! The cool feeling in the morning helps wake me up. Using it with the kids in the evening means we'll probably finish it quickly. It's great because I feel like my skin is becoming clearer.
ConsI haven't really found any drawbacks yet. It's quite runny, so I make sure to rub it well between my hands to avoid it getting into my eyes.
TipIt's perfect for the whole family to use together.

Toner texture: It has a water-like, runny consistency. Toner scent: It has a fresh, pleasant fragrance. Toner experience: First off, it feels cool on the skin. This toner excels at reducing skin heat. Due to its watery texture, it's very hydrating, and if you apply a lot, it can feel slightly sticky. However, once the toner is well absorbed and you apply cream on top, the stickiness disappears, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth. Overall impression: This is a gentle, non-irritating toner suitable for super sensitive skin. I highly recommend it for those whose face tends to get hot easily.
ConsThere aren't any downsides to mention. This was my first time using a water-based toner, so it was a bit challenging to apply at first as it tends to drip, but I overcame this by using it as a toner mask.
TipI use it as a toner mask by generously soaking cotton pads with the toner. Initially, I left it on for about 5 minutes, but as I got more accustomed to the toner, I gradually increased the time to 20 minutes. For those with super sensitive skin, I recommend slowly increasing the duration: start with 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, and eventually work up to 15-20 minutes.

Texture: This toner has the most water-like consistency of any I've tried. It feels more like washing your face with water than applying a toner. I loved how it glided on so smoothly - it was quite refreshing! 2. Experience: I have super sensitive skin, and even though my skin was acting up due to the changing seasons, it calmed down significantly after switching to this toner. It didn't cause any new blemishes and had a cooling effect. It seems to be a gentle product! If it worked well for my sensitive skin, it's likely a good choice for those seeking a mild toner. It definitely helps control oil and seems effective for soothing the skin. 3. Scent: It's almost completely fragrance-free. In my opinion, a good toner should be gentle, prevent makeup from pilling, and feel like it's working in harmony with your skin. As I mentioned earlier, the water-like texture absorbs quickly into the skin rather than sitting on top, which I really appreciated. Also, I personally love the design. Opening the cap feels a bit like opening a beverage bottle - it's quite fun!
ConsAfter reading other reviews, I noticed some people dislike the runny texture. It really is just like water, so if you're not a fan of that type of consistency, this might not be for you. It's genuinely the most water-like toner I've ever used!
TipI recommend the Nine Toner for those who: - Want to soothe their skin - Are looking for a cooling effect - Prefer a toner that absorbs quickly into the skin

When applied, it absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving a moisturized feeling. This product changed my mind about the notion that all toners on the market are similar and that you can use just any of them.
ConsIt flows like water when applied to the skin. As someone who applies toner directly without using cotton pads, the watery consistency is a bit inconvenient. It would be nice if we could choose between using it as a regular toner or making it easier to spray like a mist.
TipSince it has a water-like consistency, I've put it in a mist bottle to spray it frequently throughout the day.

As someone who dislikes sticky formulas, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this product. The texture isn't sticky at all, but rather flows like water, making it feel light and comfortable to use. Although it comes in a 300ml bottle, the price is quite reasonable, so you can use it generously without worrying about the cost. I have blemish-prone skin and am usually cautious about trying new products, but I didn't experience any breakouts while using this toner, which made me feel confident in continuing to use it.
ConsIf there's one drawback, it's that the formula is so watery that it can be a bit tricky to apply with your hands - it tends to run off quickly. Other than that, I didn't have any issues.
