  My skin is extremely oily, so I needed oil control. Luckily, I won the Nine Toner and used it meticulously. While it has a rich feel, the recent cold weather left my skin feeling a bit dry. I have extremely oily, blemish-prone skin, not combination dehydrated. I used to only use astringent toners and soothing creams, always opting for toners with calming ingredients. At first, I wondered if the Nine Toner, being a basic toner, would be effective. But after using it for over a week, I could definitely feel it controlling oil! I used it as an exfoliating toner and for absorption, layering it two to three times. It seemed to fill in hydration and reduce oiliness, slightly calming my textured skin! The before and after photos show improvement - doesn't the after photo look smoother, excluding hormonal blemishes? It's definitely a toner that doesn't burden oily skin even when layered! Also, it's completely fragrance-free, feeling just like applying water!

  While it seemed to control oil well and I noticed an improvement in my skin condition after 9 days, there didn't seem to be any change in blackheads or sebum.

  Tip

  For extremely oily skin like mine, using it as an exfoliating toner and layering it two to three times for absorption wasn't heavy at all. It left no oily feeling, making it great for hydration! I put it in a foam container (though it doesn't foam much, it doesn't drip when applying to the skin for absorption). It's great for multiple applications!

This is my first time trying a Dr. Twenty Project product. It was delivered on 10/5 (Saturday), so I'll share my honest review after 8 days of use. ✔️ All ingredients have low risk I have sensitive skin that's prone to blemishes if I use the wrong products, but I felt safe using this one because all the ingredients have a low risk factor. ✔️ Skin soothing effect I love taking warm showers, and when I apply the Nine Toner after getting out of hot water, I can feel it calming my skin. ✔️ Fragrance-free Sometimes there are cosmetics I avoid because of headache-inducing scents, but this product is completely fragrance-free, which I actually prefer. ✔️ Non-sticky formula The lightweight, water-like texture doesn't leave any stickiness, which is great. It's perfect as an exfoliating toner!

  Cons

  I'm not sure about its effectiveness in reducing whiteheads or blackheads. I've read other reviews, and it seems I'm not the only one who feels this way.
