It's not sticky at all, and it's incredibly moisturizing and absorbs really quickly. As it gets absorbed, there's a really cooling sensation, but it's not the kind of cooling sensation you'd associate with something 'cooling', but rather a refreshing feeling that seems to hydrate you from the inside out!!
