It gives a natural brightening effect, and the application feels slightly whiter than pink. But Dalba is Dalba after all... It works hard! Unfortunately, it feels a bit richer than the pink version, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 22, 2025
I'm a huge fan of Dalba mists, so I've been using their sunscreen too. The famous Dalba Waterfull Sunscreen has great absorption and texture, but it stings my eyes a bit. Next, I tried their tone-up sunscreen in the beige range - maybe with a pink undertone? It doesn't irritate my eyes at all and gives such a natural skin finish. It's become my absolute favorite sunscreen! This time, I bought the purple one out of curiosity. Despite many negative reviews, I was intrigued and decided to try it. Honestly, I don't find it that bad at all. I have very dry skin, but fortunately, in this season, it doesn't make me overly dry or oily. The application is smooth, though the color is a bit lighter than the original Dalba tone-up. It's a pale lavender shade, but when you first apply it, it looks quite white. I was worried about potential white cast, but after thoroughly blending, the white cast transforms into a natural brightening effect. It's not as bad as some reviews suggest! In fact, I think it might work even better in hot summer weather. However, if you're choosing between Dalba tone-up sunscreens, I'd still highly recommend the original over the purple line. Why? The original gives a prettier tone-up effect while keeping the skin hydrated! You absolutely must control the amount you use with this product. If you apply too much, it leaves a white cast-like residue on your face that takes a lot of effort to blend out properly. I recommend applying two thin layers rather than one thick layer. When you finish with a cushion foundation after using this product, your complexion really brightens up and looks radiant. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 2, 2025
I've been using this for 3 months now. It provides a natural brightening effect without any darkening. The complexion enhancement seems to last quite well. For my combination dehydrated skin, it gets a bit oily after a short while. I need to use blotting papers to manage the excess oil. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 30, 2025
I've been using this for about 2 months now. The natural brightening effect is fantastic! It's nearly fragrance-free, so you can use it without any aversion to scent. It can be a bit thick when applying and might clump, but I think it should be fine if you apply it in small amounts. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 29, 2025
I've been using this for the past month. First off, I love how it naturally evens out my skin tone. The texture is also smooth, making it easy to apply. Another plus is that it doesn't leave a white cast on the skin. Everything was great, but strangely, when I use it, my skin seems to get a bit red and my eyes appear bloodshot. It's really disappointing. I'm not sure why this happens. I recommend trying it out at Olive Young. It's best to test it on your face to see how it works for you. - Hwahae UserOily SkinApr 18, 2025
I loved how it absorbs well and naturally evens skin tone The eye irritation was the biggest disappointment, and the rich texture was unsatisfactory for oily skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2025
It brightens the complexion lightly and naturally. Perfect for a bare-faced look! I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction, but my cheeks turned red... This only happens when I apply sunscreen. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 6, 2025
I finally understood why everyone raves about Dalba sunscreen! From its smooth application to its brightening effect, it's incredibly gentle and moisturizing. The way it evens skin tone looks so natural - you can just swipe it on and it's perfect! If you're someone who really dislikes products that feel rich on the skin, you might find this a bit heavy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2025
As someone who truly adores sunscreen and often uses it with a brightening moisturizer instead of foundation or cushion, I decided to try Dalba when I ran out of my previous tone-up sun product. And wow, it's incredible...! It applies like an essence and absorbs so well. Layer it on and let it absorb, and you'll see a natural complexion with great tone-evening effects. If you apply too much at once, it might feel a bit white. It goes on moisturizing, and after it absorbs, it feels slightly powdery but still hydrating and not drying at all! I chose purple instead of pink for my blemishes and redness, and I'm extremely satisfied. The only downside is that it gets a bit shiny after some time. You'll need to keep touching up with powder. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2025
The brightening moisturizer gives a natural glow and the size is convenient for carrying around It doesn't leave a powdery finish and may transfer a bit onto your phone
