yh*****Dry SkinMay 18, 2025I liked the beautiful packaging and the large capacity. It's also hygienic to use as a pump. It's too stimulating for me. My skin has a burning sensation, stinging, and numbness all day long. Even though I've stopped using it, I still feel like it's lingering on my skin. After about two days, it even starts to itch.

I had been using a toner I won from Hwahae, which I liked for its gentleness, and it seems Damton products are generally like that too. Despite being gentle, it was quite effective. I could really feel my skin becoming softer and more supple. It might be a bit disappointing that I can't use it daily. But that's how the product is designed, so it can't be helped. I've been using this for about a month and a half. It absorbs well and feels refreshing. I was worried about irritation due to the spicules, but it's surprisingly gentle considering the slight tingling sensation. I have super sensitive skin that's thin and gets red even just from cleansing. While there are no blemishes and nothing major to complain about, I wish it was a bit more hydrating. I tend to have severe deep dryness. For best results, pat the product in firmly to help the spicules penetrate, then layer a richer cream on top to lock in moisture. The next day, you'll notice a significant glow and your makeup will apply much more smoothly. It seems to enhance the effectiveness of other products too.

I've always used Laneige, but after trying my friend's Damtone Specule Essence just once, I immediately bought it! It's not too harsh, making it great for daily use. What's more, my skin has improved so much... When I apply it and follow with a mask, my skin looks absolutely amazing the next morning. No irritation or blemishes. It's fascinating that it has a ginseng scent, but it's not bothersome at all! It's great. After removing the mask, make sure to apply a regenerating cream generously.

I tried the Daiso Riddle Shot 100 and 300 when they were trending. The tingling sensation was moderate. While I didn't see dramatic pore-minimizing effects, I believe consistent use could lead to noticeable improvements! Now, if I look closely, I feel like my pores have somewhat reduced? I'm currently using this followed by a regenerating cream as part of my skincare routine! As for downsides... there aren't really any, but if I absolutely had to nitpick, I'd say it doesn't provide hydration? But that's not what this product is for anyway, so don't worry about it! After using the ampoule, if you apply a generous amount of moisturizer or a regenerating cream, your skin will look amazing the next day!

I've tried other microneedle products, but this one is the least irritating and I've had no redness or discomfort even with daily use. There's a subtle ginseng scent that quickly fades. It applies lightly and absorbs rapidly, leaving a fresh finish. Having used various pore products like MTS, needle shots, and air shots, I'm accustomed to them, so I didn't find it particularly stinging on my skin. Compared to other products, I felt it was less irritating. The needle sensation lasts until the next day's cleansing, and after washing, my skin texture feels smoother, and makeup applies better than usual. It was more effective for pores than needle shots or air shots, with noticeably reduced pore size. My skin looks brighter, and even those bothersome blemishes seem slightly faded. While it's effective, it's actually less irritating, and it even helped calm skin bumps and redness. My skin feels firmer, and my overall skin condition has improved. There weren't any major drawbacks with the product. In fact, I used it so satisfactorily that I wish there was a larger size available! Moisturizing after application is essential. For those with super sensitive skin, it's better to adjust the frequency of use to 2-3 times a week rather than daily.
