My skin is typically very dry, and products that are too rich or oily tend to cause immediate breakouts that are slow to heal. That's why I always check ingredients before buying (avoiding products with incompatible ingredients). The product: The package is smaller than expected, which seems great for portability. Texture: It's slightly thicker than an emulsion. It applies smoothly, adheres well to the skin, and spreads easily. Unlike some overly oily sunscreens that pill on my skin, this one doesn't. Feel: It feels incredibly gentle on the skin. There's almost no eye irritation, which adds to this impression. While I sometimes choose sunscreens with a white cast for their brightening effect, this one has a particularly strong whitening effect. It would work well as a brightening moisturizer for the neck or body. The white cast: While the whitening effect is great for use on the body like a brightening moisturizer, it's not ideal for pre-makeup application on the face. It seems to leave the face looking noticeably pale. It's best to apply this product in small amounts. Layering it gradually allows for some control over the intensity of the white cast. It applies and spreads smoothly, gliding on with ease. I've been enjoying the effectiveness of the G'sential Spicule Ampoule, so I was curious about their sunscreen. My current sunscreen is a very moisturizing emulsion-type mineral formula, which can feel a bit heavy in summer. G'sential's sunscreen, however, provides just the right amount of hydration for deep dryness. It's perfect as a summer sunscreen for my skin, which easily flushes in heat. The fast-absorbing formula allows me to quickly apply the necessary amount (about the size of a quarter) in layers for proper protection. Those with severe dehydrated skin might find it lacking in moisture. As for white cast, it gives a natural brightening effect? In fact, it's so subtle that it's barely noticeable, just slightly illuminating the skin in a natural way. Since it only provides moderate hydration for deep dryness, I might reconsider using it during seasonal changes and winter months on my extremely dry skin, except for summer.

For me, the most crucial aspect of sunscreen is its UV protection. I particularly prefer sunscreens with zinc oxide for its reliable physical barrier. However, zinc oxide usually comes with drawbacks like poor spreadability and white cast... I thought these were unavoidable issues until I tried the Lisandal sunscreen. I was genuinely amazed by how smoothly it applies! It's so gentle that I could hardly believe it's a mineral sunscreen. It's neither too oily nor drying like other zinc oxide sunscreens that can cause dead skin cells to flake. Instead, it provides just the right amount of hydration, similar to a moisturizer for combination dehydrated skin. The brightening effect seems to cleverly utilize the zinc oxide's white cast. After about 5 minutes, it looks natural on the skin. Its ultra-smooth texture prevents any patchiness, resulting in a clean application. With its gentle ingredients, I think I'll keep using this. Highly recommended for those with fair, delicate skin who prioritize UV protection! As someone with fair skin, the brightening effect just gave me a slightly lighter complexion. However, for those with medium skin tones, it might appear quite bright. You may need to apply it in very small amounts, patting it gently into the skin. Remember, sunscreen should be reapplied every two to three hours. The finish doesn't feel greasy on the surface, but leaves the skin feeling moisturized inside with a slightly powdery finish. The scent has a subtle, refreshing citrus note. While the citrus scent is pleasant, it's a bit strong for a skincare product. The initial white cast when first applied can be a bit overwhelming, though it does improve over time. It's not very hydrating, so it would be great for those with oily skin! The texture is a bit stiff rather than soft when applying, and I liked that the scent isn't too strong! As I have dry skin, I'm concerned it might be too drying for winter use, and I was disappointed to see some white cast. I think it would work well if mixed with a mist or serum!
