I deliberately tried using it without oil. While it was challenging to dissolve sebum due to the lack of oil ingredients, it was quite good at simply removing makeup. I liked that the foam, for a cleansing water-based foam, didn't disappear too quickly!
ConsThe first thing I noticed was the overwhelmingly strong scent. It smells very artificial. While it might be fine for those who don't mind fragrances, people with super sensitive skin might find it difficult to use long-term due to the scent!
TipIf you're planning to remove makeup with this alone, you might need to cleanse twice for a thorough cleanse! I liked that even after cleansing twice, it didn't cause any irritation!

Cons- Scent: Personally found the fragrance too strong (reminiscent of a cosmetic brush cleaner I used before) - Caution: May cause slight tingling when removing eye makeup

Even when foamy, they would turn back into water as soon as I applied them to my face, feeling no different from washing with plain water. However, this product has a rich texture that really gives you a thorough cleansing sensation. I tested its cleansing effectiveness on makeup similar to the foundation that men often use these days, like Or*ze, and it removed it cleanly. While I'm not sure about heavy makeup, it's definitely sufficient as a single-step cleanser for women who wear light makeup or for men. The container is quite large. It's an advantage in terms of quantity, but might be impractical for some. However, as a frequent user, I found that smaller containers need constant refilling, which can be inconvenient. So, I actually preferred the larger size!
ConsThe fragrance is quite strong. It's definitely a scent I've encountered before, perhaps in other cosmetics, but it's hard to pinpoint exactly. Nevertheless, I personally liked it!
TipIt seems many men don't realize that regular foam cleansers can't fully remove mineral sunscreens. While using an oil cleanser would be ideal, many are hesitant due to skin type concerns or find it bothersome. I highly recommend using a cleansing water, and if you do, this foaming product in a pump bottle is my top pick!

It removes makeup thoroughly and effortlessly. I was lucky enough to try it as part of The Hwahae Testers program, but I'd definitely consider repurchasing it in the future. No blemishes: After cleansing, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation. Bubble foam: Unlike other cleansing waters that require cotton pads, which can be a hassle, this one foams up. You can simply dispense it into your hands and cleanse your face like a foam cleanser, which is super convenient.
ConsScent: Personally, I wasn't a fan of the fragrance. It had a somewhat artificial smell. I can't quite put my finger on what exactly it smells like, but the scent was a bit disappointing.

Now, I pump this 4 times into my hands and massage the foam directly onto my skin. It's gentle and reduces the amount of cleansing water absorbed by cotton pads. Non-irritating: The foam formula allows for gentle cleansing without irritation. My skin tolerates it well with no blemishes after use. I didn't even experience any eye discomfort. Maintains hydration: Using only this cleansing water to dissolve makeup and rinsing with water leaves a slight richness, preventing deep dryness. For a more thorough cleanse, rinse multiple times. Packaging: The biggest advantage is the container. Unlike traditional cleansing waters that require separate foaming bottles, this creates foam directly from the bottle, differing from DIY foam solutions.
ConsFragrance: From the moment I opened it, it had the strongest scent among recent cosmetics I've tried. The intense cosmetic smell was surprisingly potent, separate from its performance. Those sensitive to fragrances should be cautious.

I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks. To be honest, I was skeptical about cleansing waters, doubting their cleansing effectiveness. I usually preferred a double cleanse with cleansing balm followed by foam. But this product changed my mind! I was pleasantly surprised when I used it to remove just my eye makeup - it cleansed thoroughly with one go. It's effective yet gentle, making it ideal for those with super sensitive skin prone to irritation. The foam pump dispenser is convenient for direct application. Post-cleanse, my skin feels squeaky clean, though those with very dry skin might experience some tightness.
ConsThe only downside is the rather strong fragrance, which I found a bit disappointing.

The difference between the photos of the foam on the face and after absorption is remarkable! Being slightly acidic, it's non-irritating and didn't cause any blemishes! It also removes makeup effectively. I'll definitely repurchase, it's fantastic!
ConsThe scent is a bit strong, reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics? It's a familiar fragrance I've encountered before. While not terrible, it's slightly disappointing.
TipWhen removing makeup, rinse with lukewarm water. It's also great as a mask after extracting acne or when your skin is super sensitive!

Gentle feel + Strong cleansing power I usually apply brightening moisturizer and follow a cleansing oil + foam routine. After winning this product, I switched to cleansing water + foam. With oil cleansers, I'd often get blemishes after a few days, making me question my sunscreen choice. But since using this water cleanser, I haven't experienced any breakouts after applying sunscreen. 2. Delicate foam The foam comes out rich and creamy. Just pump it onto your face and gently massage - it cleanses effectively. I love that I don't need to use cotton pads. 3. So gentle...! I know I shouldn't experiment on my skin too much, but they say you don't need to rinse it off with water. So I tried it on my stress-induced back acne without showering. My back acne cleared up... it's great!
Cons1. The scent... Wow, it really has a strong cosmetic smell. As soon as I smelled it, I thought, 'Whoa... that's intense.'
TipIt's great that you don't need to use cotton pads when applying it to your face!

First, the foam rolls on smoothly. I've tried several cleansing waters in foam dispensers before, and this one stands out. From my experience, a gentle roll-on application means less skin irritation and you use less product. This cleanser maintains its foam well, which is ideal for use with a dispenser. It seems the formula was specifically designed for foam dispensers, making it just right for this application method. Second, its cleansing power is noteworthy. I had the chance to test it on both sunscreen alone and light makeup. It removed sunscreen quite effectively with just a light massage. While it did a decent job on light makeup, some residue remained without using a tool. I'd rate its cleansing power as above average. By 'tool', I mean a konjac sponge for cleansing, which I recently started using. A sea sponge would likely work similarly. These sponges are great for boosting cleansing power while minimizing irritation. Using this product with a sponge helped compensate for any shortcomings in its cleansing ability.
ConsThe biggest drawback was definitely the strong fragrance that lingers for a long time. The scent itself isn't particularly off-putting. It reminds me of the green tea skincare line I used to use, with a hint of what I'd call a 'mom's cosmetics' smell. While it's not a polarizing scent, the intensity and longevity were problematic for me. As someone who's very sensitive to fragrances and can't even wear perfume, I really wish it had been fragrance-free. That was quite disappointing. Secondly, the cleansing power left a bit to be desired. I prefer a first cleanser that's effective yet gentle for daily use, and this product fell slightly short in that aspect. While using a tool can help, it also means extra steps and considerations, which I consider a drawback for my routine.
TipWhen it comes to first cleansers, don't be stingy! For a gentle yet effective cleanse, use plenty of product. Remember: save money when buying, but be generous when using your cleanser!

I have combination dehydrated skin and I'm currently battling adult acne... Usually, I only use mineral sunscreen. First off, I liked that it's a bubble type and the large volume is a plus. True to its 'cleansing water' title, it's quite hydrating and effectively removes mineral sunscreen. No blemishes appeared, and my skin feels moisturized even after cleansing!
ConsEverything's good, but... the scent is like an old-fashioned men's toner/emulsion, so I'm not eager to use it. The fragrance lingers even after washing... Regardless of personal preference, I expect many people won't like it.
TipApply it to your face, gently massage, rinse with lukewarm water, then follow with a second cleanse for a refreshed feeling.
