I was really worried at first since my skin usually reacts badly to new products. Thankfully, this one didn't cause any irritation, redness, or skin flare-ups, which I really appreciated. The texture is rich but feels more like a light moisturizer than a thick cream. It goes on cool and light, without the painful stinging or eye irritation that often comes later with other products. It seems gentle enough even for kids to use! The sunscreen itself has a slight green tint that provides a natural tone-evening effect. Once absorbed, it blends seamlessly with your natural complexion without any noticeable white cast. The pump dispenser makes for hygienic use and easy control of the amount. Personally, I like to apply a thin layer for color correction right before my base makeup. This creates a clean canvas for foundation, and the hydrating sunscreen helps the base makeup apply smoothly. No pilling at all!
ConsWhile I haven't experienced major irritation or blemishes, I do notice it feels drier than expected after several hours (post-work). Being a water-based product, it seems to evaporate over time. Around 6-7 hours in, when the dryness sets in, I sometimes feel itchy. My mouth area tends to get dry first, and on particularly dry days, I've noticed some dead skin cells appearing there.
TipIf you have extremely dry skin like mine, I'd say additional hydration throughout the day is a must! I use this for color correction too, and since it doesn't pill when reapplied, I add more on days when I'm only wearing sunscreen and feel dry. Before applying base makeup, I layer on the sunscreen generously. For extra dry areas, I add a thin layer of Vaseline. The sunscreen blends naturally even over the Vaseline without pilling, making it a truly valuable product for me.

But this product applies so gently without any irritation, I've been using it daily. It's non-nano, so there's no stinging around the eyes, and it doesn't cause any blemishes - I can use it with total peace of mind! The formula absorbs smoothly into the skin without feeling heavy, making it perfect for everyday use. Texture & Application It has a creamy texture that's not heavy at all. It spreads easily and adheres to the skin in a thin layer. At first, it feels slightly moisturizing, but it sets to a soft, matte finish - ideal for summer use! Brightening Effect The green-tinted formula naturally reduces redness when applied! Instead of an artificial white cast, it provides a natural-looking correction that makes your complexion look fresh and vibrant. For quick outings, this sunscreen alone is enough to give you a lively appearance. Makeup Compatibility It works wonderfully with foundation! Maybe it's because of the soft matte finish? When applied before makeup, it blends seamlessly without any pilling. Pump Dispenser The pump dispenser allows for hygienic use and makes it easy to control the amount. It's really convenient for daily application! Scent It's nearly fragrance-free, so even those sensitive to scents like me can use it without any issues. Value for Money Considering it's a gentle, skin-friendly mineral sunscreen of this quality, I think it offers great value for money! Factor in the pump dispenser, and the price seems quite reasonable.
ConsEverything was great! Since I have a yellowish skin tone, if Abib is open to it... I'd love to see a purple-tinted version of this sunscreen.
TipThe review highlights the product's suitability for sensitive, combination dehydrated skin. It emphasizes the sunscreen's gentle formula, easy application, and natural brightening effect. The reviewer appreciates its makeup compatibility, hygienic packaging, and value for money. The only suggestion for improvement is a request for a purple-tinted version to suit yellow skin tones.

ConsNot sure if I got a defective product, but the pump doesn't work... Have to open the entire lid to use it Other than that, no downsides!
TipApply a suitable amount to your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin, then spread in the direction of your skin texture! It doesn't pill or clump even if you apply it haphazardly

However, the Abib sunscreen strikes a perfect balance, making it ideal for combination skin types. First off, it's formulated with gentle ingredients, making it suitable even for blemish-prone skin. The inclusion of Houttuynia Cordata extract seems to contribute to its skin-soothing properties. I prefer zinc oxide-based mineral sunscreens over titanium dioxide ones, as zinc oxide tends to be milder and can help improve acne. So, I was thrilled to discover this non-nano zinc oxide formulation. Surprisingly, there's hardly any white cast. The sunscreen has a green tint that gives a slight brightening effect upon application, but it doesn't persist. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it applies smoothly with minimal white cast, making it perfect for daily use. While it's not as silky as some chemical sunscreen essences I use, it's relatively smooth for a mineral formula, allowing for even application. What's more, it's impressively hydrating for a mineral sunscreen. Dryness has always been my biggest gripe with mineral formulas, but after applying my moisturizer and this sunscreen, I didn't feel parched throughout the day. The finish isn't sticky, but it does leave a subtle glow on the skin. I haven't experienced any issues with makeup application over it. It seems like it would be comfortable to use even in summer.
ConsLike most mineral sunscreens, it requires thorough cleansing to remove. You'll need to use an oil-based cleanser like cleansing oil or milk, and make sure to emulsify properly. On days when I apply a thicker layer, I follow up with a foaming cleanser for a double cleanse. Other than that, I haven't encountered any issues.

While it's not completely non-sticky over time, it feels moisturizing and isn't particularly sticky. I have acne-prone skin, but this hasn't caused any severe blemishes. My complexion looks slightly brighter and natural.
ConsThe packaging... At first, I thought it was very hygienic, but suddenly the product stopped coming out. I ended up having to separate the lid. The pump is inconvenient. It would have been great if it dispensed properly.

First off, let's just forget about my visible pores in the photo, shall we? As you can see in the picture, unlike traditional tube sunscreens, ABIB's Heartleaf Mild Sun Cream Relief Tube comes with a pump, making it much more convenient to use. This product is a mineral sunscreen, which I found to be incredibly gentle on the skin. After application, I noticed a smooth, even finish. Since I have super sensitive skin, I typically opt for mineral sunscreens over chemical ones. This Heartleaf Mild Sun Cream was no exception - it felt very gentle and comfortable on my skin. The texture is creamy, allowing for a really smooth application. It's been tested for acne-prone skin and passed a primary irritation test for sensitive skin, which gave me extra peace of mind. As someone who prefers a brighter complexion, I always check the SPF rating. With SPF 50+, I felt well-protected using this sunscreen. While some mineral sunscreens can feel thick and heavy, this one has a creamy texture that glides on smoothly. After application, it gives a subtle brightening effect without any white cast or that floating face look. It's perfect for a natural glow when you're just popping out to the store. I chose ABIB because of its reputation for soothing products, and I wasn't disappointed. For those worried about eye irritation, I can say I didn't experience any stinging at all. As summer approaches and full-face makeup becomes tricky for commuting, I've been using just this sunscreen for my base these days. I usually do one pump for my face and another for my neck. I'm curious about trying the Fade-Free Tone-Up Sun CC from the same line for a makeup-free look.
ConsI haven't found many downsides while using this product. However, I do have to wear a mask at work. Lately, I've been going to work with just sunscreen as my base, and I've noticed it rubbing off a bit when I take my mask on and off. While it's great that it doesn't fully absorb into the skin, this can be a bit inconvenient for someone like me who has to wear a mask all day.
TipI apply this sunscreen once in the morning and reapply several times throughout the day. It's recommended to reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours for optimal protection.

Gentle formula that doesn't irritate the skin True to its name, the 'mild' ingredient composition really impressed me. Even with my sensitive skin, it didn't cause any blemishes and felt comfortable to use. There was no tingling or redness after application. The Centella Asiatica extract seemed to have a soothing effect. 2. Minimal white cast typical of mineral sunscreens Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it left almost no white cast and felt like it absorbed naturally into my skin, which I was very pleased with. It didn't pill under makeup either, so I found myself reaching for it often as my daily sunscreen. 3. Powder-like finish It dries down to a non-sticky, powder-like finish, making it particularly suitable for oily skin types or summer use. I appreciated how it kept my skin looking matte without any shine. 4. Clean ingredients and sleek packaging Looking at the full ingredient list, I felt reassured by the focus on non-harmful components. The clean and minimalist tube packaging also appealed to me.
Cons1. Somewhat lacking in hydration While the powder-like finish is a plus, those with dry skin might find it a bit dehydrating. Especially in winter, I found the sunscreen alone wasn't enough to keep my skin moisturized. 2. Longevity could be improved On days with a lot of outdoor activity, I needed to reapply frequently due to sweat and oil. I didn't get the impression that it had particularly strong, long-lasting UV protection, so reapplication is a must for extended outings. 3. Price versus quantity While I was satisfied with the ingredients and how it felt on my skin, I found the price point to be slightly on the higher side. It gets used up quickly with regular use, which might make you think twice about repurchasing.

It has a subtle green tint to it. Mineral sunscreens are great because they don't sting your eyes, and this product is no exception. It's passed sensitivity tests, so you can apply it around your eyes without any discomfort. That means you can safely use it all over your face, including the eye area. Abib's sunscreen contains Houttuynia cordata, which is excellent for soothing the skin. It's also suitable for acne-prone skin, making it a good choice for those with super sensitive skin. The creamy texture sets it apart from other mineral sunscreens, applying smoothly and easily. It spreads like a cream without leaving a white cast or feeling heavy, making it very user-friendly. Since it doesn't leave a white residue or clog pores, you can reapply it throughout the day, whether you're wearing makeup or not. The tube packaging is hygienic and convenient to use. Not only does it provide sun protection, but it also offers UV aging care against heat-induced damage, helping to prevent sun-related aging.
ConsThere's really nothing to complain about. I like it so much that I'll definitely purchase it again with my own money once I've used it up.

Gentle Ingredients and Low-Irritation Formula As a mineral sunscreen based on Zinc Oxide, it can be used on sensitive skin without irritation. The non-nano particles ensure worry-free application without concerns about skin absorption. 2. Excellent Application and Adherence It applies smoothly and adheres naturally to the skin. Even as time passes, it doesn't become oily, providing a fresh finish without shine. 3. Minimal White Cast Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it leaves almost no white cast, allowing for a natural skin appearance. Suitable for those who want to maintain their natural complexion without a brightening effect. 4. Skin-Soothing Effect Contains Heartleaf extract to help calm the skin, making it suitable for acne-prone skin.
Cons1. No Brightening Effect While suitable for those seeking a natural skin appearance, it might disappoint those expecting an immediate brightening effect. 2. Thorough Cleansing Required Due to the nature of mineral sunscreens forming a physical barrier on the skin, it's best to use a double cleansing method for thorough removal. 3. Inconvenient Pump Packaging Although the product looks like a tube, it has a pump dispenser. Initially, it may seem broken as the product doesn't come out easily. You might need to pump several times at first to get the product out, which can be inconvenient. During use, air intake can cause irregular dispensing.
Tip📝 Overall Review The Abib Mild Sunscreen Relief Tube with Heartleaf is a gentle mineral sunscreen for those with sensitive skin. With its excellent application and adherence, minimal white cast, and skin-soothing effects, it's suitable as a daily sunscreen. If you're not expecting an immediate brightening effect, this product can be used without burdening your skin.

When I heard Abib released a new mineral sunscreen, I decided to give it a try. I'm pleased to say the ingredients are definitely gentle, and I didn't experience any blemishes. As expected with mineral sunscreens, there is some white cast, but it's not too severe. I love the cute design, and personally, I'm a fan of the pump dispenser, so the packaging gets a thumbs up from me. I noticed the product color matches the packaging color, which is different from the green-tinted mineral sunscreen I used before. Overall, I'm satisfied with the adorable design elements.
ConsHowever, there were some aspects that didn't quite work for my skin type. Even when using less than the recommended amount, I still felt a heavy, uncomfortable feeling on my face. While the application and white cast are typical for a mineral sunscreen, it felt as heavy as an organic sunscreen after application. I think this would be better suited for those with dry skin who are looking for a non-drying mineral sunscreen, rather than those with oily or combination skin.
TipI wouldn't recommend this for people with oily skin!
