I think only those with already great skin could use this as their sole base product without additional foundation.

Gentle Ingredients
I have sensitive skin, and using the wrong sunscreen can make my face feel uncomfortable all day. However, this product's gentle ingredients didn't cause any irritation at all - it felt soothing on my skin. Smooth Texture
As a mineral sunscreen, I had low expectations for the texture. But I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it applies, just like a moisturizer. There was no stiffness at all.
It comes out of the bottle smoothly without needing to shake it first, with no separation. After application, it doesn't leave a greasy shine like some other mineral sunscreens. There was one small issue though. When I first tried to use it, nothing came out. I must have pumped it about thirty times before the product finally appeared. Maybe there was air trapped in the tube? Anyway, apart from that initial hiccup, everything else was great!

Let me list the advantages one by one:

Although I had to pump it several times to get the product flowing initially, once it started, it was so easy to control the amount.
