I was lucky enough to win this product through a Hwahae event! I had been using it before but was hesitating due to the price, so winning it made me incredibly happy! The Scent As soon as I opened the lid, I fell in love with the fragrance. It's subtle and fresh, not artificial at all, giving off a luxurious feel that brightens my mood every time I apply it. Texture & Application The white cream is dotted with tiny yellow capsules that gently burst and absorb as you apply it. It's lightweight and moisturizing, sinking in without any stickiness for a fresh finish - I absolutely love it! Hydration & Moisture I have dry skin that easily feels tight due to lack of hydration, but with this product, my skin feels comfortable all day when I apply it in the morning. When I apply a generous amount at night, my skin looks clear and plump the next day, making it perfect as a daily night care cream. It seems to address deep dryness too, so I highly recommend it for those with dry skin! Skin Improvements While using this, my skin texture became much smoother, and my dull complexion looked more vibrant. The effective hydration naturally leads to a brightening effect! It's especially great as a base cream before makeup - it helps the makeup apply smoothly without any pilling. There's nothing to dislike, which is almost disappointing! While it absorbs well without feeling heavy, personal preference may vary depending on the season or skin type. The price is on the higher side, which might make me think twice about repurchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 4, 2025
Dalba never disappoints - it's a brand I can always count on! I'm such a fan of Dalba products that I always keep their mist in stock, purchased with my own money. This cream lives up to my expectations too. ✅ Application & Absorption Despite being packed with vitamin capsules, it glides on incredibly smoothly without any grittiness. I was worried it might feel heavy like a nourishing cream, but I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight it feels once applied. It absorbs well and keeps my skin feeling hydrated for a long time. Many creams in this category tend to pill, but this one doesn't - which is fantastic. ✅ Scent There's a subtle citrus aroma, probably due to the vitamin content. It's not overpowering, just noticeable while applying. Those who prefer completely unscented products might not love it, but as a citrus fan, I'm all for it! ✅ Results While it's too soon to see dramatic effects, I believe consistent use will yield positive results. I had been using a powdered vitamin product for brightening and complexion care, which was effective but tedious to use. I'm excited to switch to this more convenient option. I'm hoping it will help brighten my overall dull complexion. ✅ Packaging & Container I was genuinely impressed when I opened the container. Unlike most products where the spatula is separate and inconvenient to store, this one cleverly fits inside the lid. But what's even more amazing is that the protective cover is integrated with the jar! I used to discard the covers of other products because it was a hassle to remove and replace them, but this design is incredibly user-friendly. Absolutely brilliant idea! This cream is richer than I expected, so if you apply too much, it can be slow to absorb. I had to use less than I initially thought. It doesn't seem suitable for use before morning makeup - it's more appropriate as part of a nighttime routine. While it worked well for my extremely dry skin, those with oily skin might find it too rich. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 23, 2025
I recently had the opportunity to try out the d'Alba Vita Toning Capsule Cream as part of a product testing group for about a week. My skin tends to be quite dry and dull, so I've been on the lookout for a product that could provide both hydration and brightening effects. I'm thrilled to say this cream really hit the mark! First impressions were great - the packaging is luxurious, and the capsule formulation is quite innovative. It melts beautifully into the skin, absorbing well without feeling heavy. The moisturizing effect lasts for hours, which is perfect for my dehydrated skin. I especially loved using it in the morning before makeup - it creates a smooth base without any pilling, making it an ideal daily moisturizer. The cream contains vitamin C, glutathione, and niacinamide, which I believe contributed to a noticeable improvement in my complexion after just a few days of use. My skin looked clearer, and even my redness seemed to have calmed down a bit. What impressed me most was how gentle it was on my sensitive skin. There's hardly any artificial fragrance, and the low-irritation formula means even those with super sensitive skin can use it with confidence. While I was generally satisfied with the d'Alba Vita Toning Capsule Cream, there were a few minor drawbacks. The texture might be a bit rich for those with oily skin, potentially leading to a slightly greasy feel. The brightening effects aren't immediate - you'll need to use it consistently to see results. The price point is on the higher side, which might be a concern for budget-conscious shoppers. Lastly, with the tube packaging, sometimes it's tricky to get an even distribution of capsules. For best results, don't slather it on like a regular moisturizer. Instead, use a small, pea-sized amount and apply it in sections for better absorption. Try melting the capsules in your palms first before applying - this helps it spread more evenly and absorb faster. For all-day hydration, use a thin layer in the morning and a slightly more generous amount in the evening. When applying before makeup, remember that less is more - using too much could lead to pilling! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 10, 2025
[Packaging] The packaging is clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated! There's a small spoon or scoop inside the lid that allows you to easily apply the cream without dipping your fingers in - very convenient and hygienic! [Texture] The consistency is just right - not too runny or too thick! It contains tiny vitamin beads that absorb smoothly into the skin, providing excellent adherence. I was really impressed with how it applied. [Hydration & Moisturization] Despite being focused on anti-aging, this cream provides exceptional hydration. When I applied it before bed, my skin felt plump and moisturized even the next morning. The Hwahae Testers would approve! [Effectiveness] After using it consistently for two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my complexion and skin texture! My overall skin tone became noticeably brighter, which was fantastic. Additionally, I applied it to my mother's age spots, and we saw a visible reduction in their appearance! [Pro Tip] Since it's a vitamin cream with good adherence, I'd recommend using it as part of your nighttime skincare routine rather than in the morning. Apply a generous layer before bed to give your skin a vitamin boost overnight. It works hard while you sleep! I honestly can't think of any downsides - I'm completely satisfied with this product! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2025
1. Texture & Application Despite being a cream, it's not thick at all and leans towards a lighter consistency, applying incredibly smoothly. It's not heavy, so there's minimal irritation when applying. I was worried about having to rub the yellow vitamin capsules for too long, but they melt into the skin quickly with just a gentle massage, perhaps due to the warmth of your hands and face. 2. Absorption & Hydration Even when used as the final step in skincare, it absorbs quickly, leaving a refreshing feel. It's moisturizing, and being a cream, it finishes slightly oily - but it's a pleasant, hydrating oiliness rather than a sticky one. About 10 minutes after application, the oily feeling subsides, and you can really feel the moisture. I might be imagining it, but my face seems to feel cooler compared to when I use other creams. 3. Scent Personally, I love the fragrance. It's a complex blend reminiscent of mom's cosmetics, with hints of citrus and a fresh pine-like scent. It's not overwhelming and quite pleasant. The lingering scent on the skin isn't too strong either. 4. Effectiveness While it might be too early to definitively say I've seen results, I've been told my bare skin looks brighter. With consistent use, I think it will definitely help address skin concerns. 5. Packaging There's an inner protective lid when you open the container, which helps reduce contact with dust and air for more hygienic use. This lid is attached to the container, making it convenient to use. The packaging is also beautiful and luxurious, making it great for gifting. 1. Irritation when Reapplying It's fine if you apply a small amount, but for those with sensitive skin, reapplying immediately after the first application can cause some irritation. I got a bit carried away and after applying the cream all over my face, I added a few more vitamin capsules to areas with dark spots and massaged them in. This caused a slight stinging sensation and some itchiness afterwards. It's important to control the amount, but I overlooked that the rolling motion itself can be irritating for sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to control the amount and avoid immediate reapplication to minimize irritation. 2. Ingredients The ingredient list isn't particularly 'clean'. However, as mentioned earlier, if you control the amount and avoid reapplication, it's not very irritating and I didn't experience any stinging or burning sensations. 3. Price Personally, I only use cream at night and in small amounts, so even the small quantity lasts a long time, which I like. However, objectively, it's quite pricey for the amount you get. If there were price discount events, it would be great for gifting and I'd be more likely to repurchase more frequently. 1. In the photo, I've scooped out a generous amount to show the texture, but that amount could easily cover 3-4 applications. It's best to adjust the amount based on your skin's condition each day. Especially for those with sensitive skin like me, I recommend using small amounts. 2. Looking at the promotional material that came with the cream, I noticed there's a Vita Toning line with four products: serum toner, capsule serum, serum emulsion, and capsule cream. I've only tried the capsule cream, but I'm so satisfied that I think using the toner and serum from the same line would be even better. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2025
Texture: When applied to the skin, it has a consistency between a hydrating cream and a nourishing cream. I loved that it wasn't just a light, runny texture that drips off! Application: The vitamin capsules seem to pop as you apply it, which felt really satisfying. I looked it up because I liked it so much, and it turns out they use patented membrane-free capsules that have passed low-irritation tests! That's probably why, despite having capsules, it wasn't irritating at all. It absorbs into the skin well and leaves a nice, firm finish. Hydration: I have dry skin but don't prefer sticky or oily products. This one is packed with moisture. It looked a bit thick at first glance, but when I actually applied it to my skin, the bursting capsules filled it with hydration. I think it would be perfect for summer use. Packaging: While jar packaging can be a bit unhygienic, this one has an extra lid inside when you open it, which is great for hygiene. Yuzu scent: Fragrance is subjective, but I absolutely love it! The lemon and yuzu scent is so fresh and pleasant. It's perfect for summer. Price: Compared to the creams I usually use, the price point is a bit high, which is the main drawback. I suppose it's because of the good glutathione ingredient and it being a vegan product. I'll have to keep an eye out for sales or special offers. Blemish and pigmentation improvement: After using it for about two weeks, I didn't notice significant effects on blemishes and pigmentation. I think I'll need to use it more consistently to see results. Using the DALBA Vita Toning Toner ➡️ Serum ➡️ Cream in that order should create a great synergy effect since they're all from the same brightening + anti-aging line! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2025
I really appreciated the thoughtful design - it comes with a dedicated spatula and an inner lid, showing extra care for product preservation and hygiene. The application feel and absorption were fantastic. Despite its rich cream texture, it absorbed well and was comfortable to apply before bed, even for someone like me who can't stand heavy creams when my skin is dry. The vitamin capsules seemed to absorb nicely too. While some prefer unscented products, I personally loved its subtle, fresh, and luxurious fragrance - it made using the cream a truly enjoyable experience. Though it's hard to capture in photos, I noticed improved skin texture and firmness the morning after use. There was also a subtle Inner Glow and brightening effect that, while subtle, made me think 'Wow, my complexion looks pretty good today!' Compared to its other benefits, its effect on blemishes was somewhat disappointing. Even though I carefully applied the vitamin capsules to areas with concentrated blemishes and used the product consistently, I didn't notice much fading. Also, if you have skin that's prone to breakouts when the oil and moisture balance is off, you'll need to monitor your skin's condition and adjust usage accordingly. I experienced some minor blemishes when I applied it while my skin was very dehydrated. As it's a vitamin cream, I made sure to use it only as part of my nightly skincare routine. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMay 8, 2025
I have combination to dry skin, not particularly sensitive but with chronic redness on my forehead and cheeks, and concerns about pores and dark circles. I've been using this since April 30th. ✓ Scent: Love the citrusy floral fragrance. ✓ Texture: A silky cream. Looks heavy but it's not. It applies incredibly smoothly and absorbs into the skin effortlessly. ✓ Experience: Surprisingly, it feels a bit cool when applied, calming the skin and reducing redness. It's perfect for my combination-dry skin right now. I'm satisfied with its moisturizing power - neither too heavy nor too light, just right. Regardless of any functional effects, I'm really pleased with how it feels as a basic cream. It seems to refine my skin texture? When I touch my cheeks, there's a slightly elastic feeling and a smooth, soft texture that makes me want to keep touching my skin. After application, my skin feels soothed and looks a bit brighter. However, this effect only lasts for a few minutes after application. The vitamin capsules disappear when applied. You can't feel them at all during application. ✓ Conclusion: I really enjoyed using this non-greasy, non-clogging cream that adheres to the skin with a silky finish. Hoping for a brighter complexion with consistent use... ✓ Other features: I was surprised by how full the container was - that's great! It's quite expensive... The application feels really nice, so I'd love to buy it when it's on a big sale! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 8, 2025
Skin type: Dry and sensitive skin Application: Among moisturizer textures, there are transparent, water-like formulas and white, rich ones. At first glance, I thought this would be a 'white and rich texture' and possibly a heavy cream. However, it's not as heavy as I expected - it seems to be right in between a transparent and rich formula! As a result, it applies smoothly without dragging and absorbs better than I anticipated. Absorption: While it's not an ultra-light formula with lightning-fast absorption, it doesn't take too long to fully absorb as you massage it in. Versatility: I wondered if it would be suitable for daily use or if I should reserve it for nighttime care. Pleasantly surprised, I found it comfortable to use even before makeup without any pilling issues. It's true that Dalba products, given their high-quality ingredients, come with a higher price point. I'd probably aim to purchase during sales rather than at full price. This might vary from person to person! Despite having dry skin, I think I'd primarily use this as night care during hot and humid summers. Those with oily skin types might have mixed feelings about this product. While it's fine to apply directly to your face, occasionally you might notice some undissolved vitamin capsules. To avoid this, you can place the product on the back of your hand first to melt the capsules, then apply it to your face. This ensures you use the product without any floating vitamin capsules! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2025
>>For combination dehydrated skin with blemishes First wow factor: the packaging! Among jar-type products, this one thoughtfully includes a built-in spatula and an inner lid. Genius! Second wow: it's packed with vitamin capsules! When these capsules mix with the white cream, they dissolve quickly, naturally absorbing to create a smooth hydration barrier. While it's for combination dehydrated skin, it focuses more on moisturizing than hydration. The moisture barrier is just right - not too heavy or light, so your skin doesn't feel suffocated. Most importantly for me: blemish control! After nearly two weeks of use, no new breakouts. Extremely satisfied! Despite the name 'Vita Toning', I haven't noticed my complexion brightening yet (though this could be because I've only used it for two weeks). I'll need to keep using it to see. Not recommended before makeup! It causes pilling, so I'll likely use it only in my nighttime routine. Since this product is more moisturizing than hydrating, it pairs well with a toner pack or hydrating serum!
