Cons☑️ It sets quickly, so apply swiftly for even coverage! When I first used it, it felt a bit stiff and set rapidly. It was perfect when my skin was on the oilier side. Those with dry skin might find it matte or drying, so I'd recommend using it in summer or after a thorough skincare routine. Also, exfoliate or use products to smooth out dead skin cells before application to prevent flaking. ☑️ The scent is reminiscent of clay It doesn't seem to have added fragrance, making it suitable for those who dislike strong scents. Even as someone who's not fond of intense fragrances, I found it tolerable.
TipRecommended for oily skin types! Best used during summer! If you decide to use it, make sure to apply it over a solid skincare base! Instead of squeezing it onto the back of your hand and applying it all at once, I suggest layering it thinly on your face! It sets quite quickly, so applying small amounts works best! When I applied this sunscreen and then used a cushion foundation, it felt quite matte. When trying to cover pores on my cheekbones by pressing the cushion, it tended to pill a bit. It's better to pat the product on gently rather than rubbing it in.

Prone to redness 3. Combination (oily T-zone) 1. Adherence I've used about 2 bottles of this product since it was in the purple packaging. It adheres well to the skin and doesn't lift when applying foundation, which I really like. 2. Application It applies even more smoothly than the original purple version, but tends to set to a matte finish faster. It's best to quickly spread it over different areas of the face for optimal absorption. 3. Lightweight feel Unlike some purely mineral sunscreens that can feel heavy, this hybrid formula feels light and comfortable on the skin. 4. Finish As mentioned earlier, it sets to a matte finish faster than the purple version, but it's not a drying matte. I used to mainly use mineral sunscreens before trying the purple Unik, and mineral ones can be quite drying, often seeming to suck out skin's moisture. This product doesn't have that drying effect. However, as someone with combination skin, I'll need to pay extra attention to my T-zone in summer! 5. Brightening effect and coverage As it gets warmer, a foundation-free look with some brightening becomes more desirable. This won't provide full coverage for those wanting a flawless porcelain look, but it offers natural coverage. The brightening effect is noticeably natural, avoiding any awkward white cast. I've included a photo comparing it to the original purple Unik tone-up sunscreen.
ConsSince it sets to a matte finish quite quickly, you need to spread it fast while the application is still smooth. If you rub it after it's started to set, it can emphasize pores and look uneven.
